Quick thoughts on kinda broken stuff

:kingler: Didn't get abused that much but Slide + Knock + STAB hits basically the entire tier. Both SD and Agility are very powerful 4th move options, and you basically need a Grass-type to not get steamrolled by variants without Ice Beam. Surprised this wasn't banned at the outset of the tour but it hasn't shown to be manageable.

:mawile: If SFLO gets an SD up then just click X. There isn't a ton that can prepare for dual STAB and its priority outside of Pelipper (weak to Rocks) and some other bulky Water-types (no reliable recovery). Dark-resistant offensive mons also don't exist in the tier, so it's difficult to try that as well.

:kecleon: Like Kingler, powerful breaker with a customizable moveslot and unwallable coverage. FO + Sneak hurts every offensive mon, and Protean means offensive counterplay changes each turn. At least it's slow.

:electabuzz: If you don't have a Volt immune then this thing wins, if you don't it doesn't, but either way it's still making an insane amount of progress.
Forces a Volt immune on every team, which may not be 100% optimal, but counterplay does exist. It just feels super centralizing to deal with.

:pelipper: Not broken but I should've used this more tbh, it's great at temporarily dealing with all the broken stuff in the tier. But as the tier gets played more, I feel people will learn to overwhelm it properly and it will see a decline.
