Spheal is utterly outclassed as an offensive Water-type due to its terrible stats and unfortunate defensive typing. There are a myriad of far more effective Water-types that should be used instead of Spheal, like Staryu, Mareanie, and Clamperl.

This set attempts to act as a tank and phaze enemies with Yawn, slightly differentiating itself from its competition through its typing and decent HP stat. However, this isn't enough to justify using over Slowpoke or Clamperl in any serious competitive team, as it is countered by several prominent LC threats like Staryu and Mienfoo and is still underwhelmingly weak.

This is a bit long, you should cut down the sentences, you only need two, three at the absolute most. First should be that Spheal is a completely unviable Pokemon in LC, due to its stats and typing. Second about how it's utterly outclassed by Staryu, Clamperl, and Carvanha over Chinchou.

This thing is so, so bad. Give it Yawn instead of Blizzard though.

Do not write something positive like "decently powerful" in relation to Spheal please. State that Spheal attempts to force switches with Yawn and hit opponents with its STAB moves. Second sentence explaining that Spheal is still weak as hell and countered by so many heavy presences in the metagame, and that better Water-types should always be used instead of Spheal.

You should list a defensive option instead of Carvahna. Maybe something like Slowpoke or Mareanie.

Yawn is the first thing I see this mon doing, move it to first on the set.

However, this isn't enough to justify using over Carvahna

Again, Carvahna isn't really a comparison to it. Replace with a defensive water-type.
