Going to refute this, I’ve been attempting to get a time out of you since Monday and the best I received was “Friday morning works best for me”. I definitely did miss the time due to internet issues by 30 minutes, but I’m unsure if this act win is deserved by you. I propose either we find time today (which you indicated was your best day) or over the weekend because I’d rather play than do this weenie shit over forums. Convenient your act claim didn’t contain the two scheduled times you chose not to show up for in accordance with your described inability to play over the weekend.
If we don’t wind up playing, I’d propose hosts input this as a double forfeit loss considering fierce’s complete lack of attempts at scheduling. Screenshots for consideration. It is Friday morning presently and you have not been answering my DMs but I am now off work and got all the time in the world buddy, hit me up if you want to play.

Rebuttal: There was no need to post those DMs because the only confirmed match time was Thursday at 5 PM. I showed up and waited 30 minutes for the actual scheduled match. While I acknowledge that I took two days to reply earlier in the week, both sides never actually agreed on a different time before Thursday. Since you missed the only scheduled match which we ended up figuring out, I believe the activity win is justified. You only tried to reschedule after missing the confirmed time, but that doesn’t change the fact that you didn’t show up when we agreed to play. Can a time truly be considered 'scheduled' if both sides never explicitly agreed?" I also explicitly let you know before that Thursday would be the best time for me before the unofficial scheduled time on Wednesday and you agreed. I don't like claiming activity wins like this, but I have a family situation that just arose, and you are only trying to accommodate since you missed the scheduled time. Double FFL also does not make sense since I actually waited for you. and set time away for this match. Also, since you missed the scheduled time, stuff happened, and I closed Friday morning. Things happen and I'm sorry that I have to do this. P.S I did end up responding to you today, so I am not intentionally ignoring you. Please respect my schedule. If I could play, I would, as the goal is to play the game. I really wish I didn’t have to handle things this way, especially with the family situation I’m dealing with. I hope you can understand that this is just where things stand.

Let’s do this point by point so it’s easier for everyone to follow along:
“There was no need to post those dms” - There absolutely was, doing so showcased your inability to reconcile your own schedule with your discord obligations. That’s a problem fit to be fixed by a 3rd grade teacher, and not my responsibility to do for you. Being offended at my offering the entire recount of our conversation sounds to me like you don’t enjoy that you aren’t able to cherry pick your facts quite so easily.
“Both sides never actually agreed on a different time before Thursday” - No, YOU failed to decide on a different time before Thursday. Your stated availability per those screenshots were “Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday”. Considering my first time (of five total times) asking you to tell me when on those days you could battle occurred at 7 am on Monday morning, you have no leg to stand on to tell me I didn’t do my part in try to get you to schedule a time with me.
“Since you missed the only scheduled time which we ended up figuring out” - Acknowledged, I did respond to our 5 pm match at 5:32 citing internet troubles. If you had been attempting even slightly to schedule properly with me I’d have taken this forfeit loss wholesale on this point alone, but you haven’t. If I’m having internet issues, why would I owe you status updates on where I am with the situation when I’m trying my fastest to get it working so I can get back online?

Your stated “best” time was Friday morning, and you never cared to drill down further into when Friday morning you might be available. Considering there’s 12 hours at play, you cannot realistically expect me to be content with this “scheduling”.
“Double FFL also does not make sense since I actually waited for you. and set time away for this match.” - Here’s the kicker: it does make sense because after I came online at 5:32 on our scheduled day, you stated you couldn’t play anymore because you had somewhere to be in 8 minutes and it wouldn’t be enough time to do the game. Would you care to explain why, 9 minutes after I came back online, did you suddenly have time to write a lengthy paragraph to one of the tour hosts asking for an activity win on Thursday? If you read Happygate’s reply “your priority should always be to play the game” indicates that, rather try to avoid playing me in favor of being handed the win, you should have just loaded up and knocked it out. That discrepancy, coupled with the fact that we are having this discussion on Friday morning when you’re apparently too busy (within your stated availability!) to hop on SD or smogtours and knock it out, should mean at the very least that you do not get rewarded with a forfeit win. Choosing to dodge me rather than taking 10 minutes to play the game should mean you do not get rewarded for it.
I already told you in DMs, but I’m off work now and around all day. If you’d like to knock it out, let’s do it. Otherwise, I look forward to reading your rebuttal to my rebuttal to your rebuttal whenever you “don’t have time” to next.

All this time I have been trying to be respectful explaining my situation and everything. At least respect mine. Stuff happens. Also just saying writing a paragraph in one minute does not mean dodging. Also you getting my message from happy is crazy btw. I really do not need to tell you the full depths of why I'm not free Friday morning when I said it on Monday. There are several things that could happen and those reasons are personal.
