Allright so even tho Twan said in his message that he would be availlable friday, sunday and potentially saturday, you can't expect them to be ready on a seconds notice when you've not even responded once during the week to set a certain time for either of the days.
If you had responded with something along the lines of hey can we look for a time closer to the weekend since i'm not sure of my free time yet, then this would have been a different case.
So in this instance the win has been given to Twan purely on the fact you didn't respond till the very last day, tho i do get that it sucks going out of the tour like this i hope you atleast enjoyed your time in the tour and i hope you don't let this happen again.

With the time zone difference I only gave him a day to play, but for me it was Saturday evening.
I thought we would play Saturday night or Sunday sometime, I'm here and willing to play but he is the one unavailable for the time he specified.
you said it yourselve you only gave him a day to play when he gave you a whole week to respond, like i said in my previous message you can't expect people to be ready on a seconds notice, had you reacted early on in the week this would have ended differently in multiple ways, 1: twan would have kept the set time/day free where possible to play the game, 2 twan would have had to reschedule for whatever reason where possible, 3 you would have gotten the FFW because twan was unable to play. Alot of things can happen in a week time, he could schedule other games, he could have to help a friend of family member with something or a emergency could have happened to why he couldn't play. Without a single awnser from you he can't expect anything to play the game when he doesn't even know your willing to play the game on sat or sunday.
So next time someone send you a message wanting to schedule for the game atleast awnser to them so they know you can play at a certain day/time and don't do it on the final day but halfway through the week or even on monday/tuesday itself.
