My goal with this team was to hit both extremes of the speed control spectrum, and the result was rain tailroom. Scarf Hydregion, Ludicolo, and Charizard thrive as leads or mid-game cleaners for when Trick Room expires, while Rhyperior and Hatterene apply pressure inside of Trick Room (and help defend vs opposing Trick Room teams). Pelipper also works as a de facto Trick Room attacker, and it has the added bonus of setting Tailwind on the last turn of Trick Room to sustain your team's momentum consistently.
I agree with the posts above that Scarf Hydreigon is really the best set. Being able to outpace Dragapult and Scarf Dracovish for the kill is huge, and anything with U-turn makes for a decent Scarf candidate anyways. U-turn can also strategically be used to proc Ludicolo's Weakness policy -- when this lead is employed, you can pivot Hydreigon out into Pelipper, giving Ludicolo an immediate speed boost to clip something with a +2 STAB attack.
