The behavior displayed by Hypn0tic is unacceptable in any tournament I host (and I assume many others). Harassing your opponent throughout Game 2 and then going on Smogon to continue is not okay. I understand being upset about RNG components, but in no way does that justify calling your opponent cancer (along with numerous other things). You have already been locked on PS! and infracted on Smogon for insulting other users. Furthermore, when a Moderator infracted you, you chose to once again display unacceptable behavior by calling both your opponent and the community "snowflakes".

Additionally, while I will not disqualify you yet, do not do anything like this again or you will be removed from the tournament and potentially banned from upcoming DOU tours. I cannot make this more clear. Do not insult or harass your opponents again or I will take further action. I would recommend apologizing to Raineko/yuki and not being an asshole to further opponents. It is truly not that hard to be a decent human being.
 
We played one and then he left? I’m time sensitive right now so I guess I call activity? I’d prefer to play them through but yo disappeared. If he wants to continue playing dm me for later
 
calling act, been 11 hours since i messaged him, scheduled time was 3 hours ago (he asked to play as soon as I could though so I messaged him early)

Calling act, I've been trying to schedule with my opponent since Monday evening, and got no reply despite them being connected several times since. (my last message was 12 hours ago)
