I have been keeping track of all probable activity wins / given wins and will lay it all out once the deadline passes, but this act call stuck out to me.

I do not see enough here to give activity to either side. In order to get an activity win, I would need proof of you waiting on PS! for Lliama or that you messaged them privately at the scheduled time (or something else that shows you were ready to play while LLiama was not). Without further information given before the deadline, I will flip this matchup.

Mishimono vs. Rubyad Nibir - Rubyad Nibir never responded to Mishimono's scheduling attempt. Mishimono wins on activity.
duckpond vs. TeamCharm69 - I explained to my decision to TeamCharm69 in PMs already. The scheduling attempt can be seen here. duckpond wins on activity.
Givrix vs. NHelioX7 - Givrix and NHelioX7 got in contact Monday and continued scheduling on Discord. NHelioX7 has an unfortunate PC issue while Givrix can't play until Tuesday. I am granting an extension until Wednesday 11:59 PM GMT-5 since both players were active while scheduling and something out of their control came up. Their scheduling attempt can be seen here.
MajorBowman vs. greenandgrey77 - greenandgrey77 was subbed in late after initial activity decisions. While they weren't the most responsive in scheduling, they proposed tomorrow 11 AM GMT-6 which works for MajorBowman, but greenandgrey77 has yet to agree. I am granting an extension but am ready to give MajorBowman activity if this doesn't work out.
Sensei Axew vs. JustKaiser JK - JustKaiser JK gave Sensei Axew the win. Sensei Axew wins on activity.
GenOne vs. tomoya sempai - tomoya sempai gave GenOne the win. GenOne wins on activity.
Yellow Paint vs. Internal - Internal gave Yellow Paint the win. Yellow Paint wins on activity.
LightScreener vs. miirza - miirza didn't respond to LightScreener's scheduling attempt until Thursday and only said "catch me on PS! and we can play". They have not responded since even though I tagged them and said they would lose on activity if he didn't respond. LightScreener wins on activity. The scheduling can be seen here.
Shadowmonstr7 vs. wadeeeeeeeee - Both players made contact on Monday, but nothing else until I tagged both players yesterday. Shadowmonstr7 was the only one to respond and I tagged wadeeeeeeeee again but still no response. This is a weak case, but I'm giving the win to Shadowmonstr7 since they gave their timezone and availability in their original post and was the only one to respond after I tagged both. Their scheduling can be seen here.
txitxas vs. AM - txitxas gave AM the win. AM wins on activity.
Akaru Kokuyo vs. DYA - DYA gave Akaru Kokuyo the win. Akaru Kokuyo wins on activity.
LLiama vs. zugubu royale - I outlined my thoughts on the situation here after zugubu royale called activity. After no further communication from either player, I have decided to coinflip this match and as a result Lliama will receive a round win.

papiloco vs. BlazingDark - BlazingDark gave papiloco the win in a Smogon DM with the three of us. papiloco wins on activity.
Sunrose vs. Ryenix - Sunrose gave Ryenix the win. Ryenix wins on activity. Sunrose also sent me a DM on Discord that they were dropping out of the tour so their Round 2 opponent will receive a bye.
LolTrollGame vs. Heika - Both players were active in scheduling and while Heika forgot to respond to LolTrollGame halfway through, LolTrollGame graciously agreed to an extension and it seems the game will get done before the extension deadline.
