How is this fair at the beginning of the week i didn’t knew who my opponent was as they hadn’t played yet. The end of my week was very busy so truthfully i did sorta forget about this tour but i feel like it would be on the person who played during the week of next round to schedule

I do agree that the player who won the extension should be the first reaching for scheduling, but you can't expect to get a win or anything without ever reaching me to ask an ext/actw or without making any effort to schedule since, as you said, you forgot about the tour
