Just a random observation, but what about HDB > Specs on Tapu Koko? It would allow it to pivot much more and acquire much more longevity. Zapdos, Raichu, and Zeraora already make great breakers, and Koko is strong as hell as it is under terrain.
You need Specs on Tapu Koko for Dragon Pokemon. The boost is critical since you don’t OHKO Pokemon like Garchomp, Latios, and Dragapult without it, while having more difficulty beating going through bulkier ones like Dragalge and Kyurem.

Wow, I had never processed how weak Koko is. Plz give us play rough GameFreak :(

Another 252 SpA Choice Specs Tapu Koko Dazzling Gleam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Latias: 252-296 (83.7 - 98.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

I was in the middle of building a fairy team, andnow I’m questioning if I want Koko on it.

Hys wanted to post this here but is too much of a fucking coward so i am doing it for him but i think its a pretty good team and we currently dont have a sand sample

band mamo is the goat, shits self explanatory and hits hard as fuck. the king is sub for shit like weezy g that cant break it, epower is epower and tbolt beam is chosen because flame isnt really needed for steel as you have the demon lando. he had eject button on hippo but that item is for sure dogshit so i told him to get rid of it. sd soft sand drill is kinda spicy, coverage is pretty self explanatory i guess. scarf toad though, that is the monster, checks shit like keld, ursh and rotom wash that this team really struggles with. and finally the demon lando that 6-0s like 4 types by itself, who allowed this pokemon it is not healthy, evs are to not get sub broken by amoonguss so you literally cannot lose to poison no matter how awful you are as a mons player like straight up it is impossible to lose

if you want replays use the team yourself i am not your fucking servant

Mew's job is to set up spikes, knock shit off, nd spread burns, pretty self explanatory. Victini is a tremendous offensive pivot, being able to put in work against shit like steel, flying, bug, ice, ect. Substitute allows for Tini to beat steel and flying even harder, while toxic can be run to catch mons like Swampert on the switch. CM Latios is a monster of a wallbreaker and a ground immunity. Soul dew allows it to hit even harder, mystical fire or roost taking the 4th spot depending on if you'd prefer coverage or recovery. Scarf Tapu Lele is also self explanatory, helping out a ton with the dragon and dark matchups and outspeeding shit like scarf Vish and Zeraora. Jirachi is your spdef pivot and rocks setter, and it can run a berry to help check massive threats such as Dragapult or Galarian Moltres and t-wave them in return. Slowbro is your bulky af physdef pivot that safely switches into pretty much any physical attacks that isn't super effective while handing out scald burns, hitting dragons with ice beams, and being able to safely switch into the team's other wallbreakers via teleport.

I'm probably just in time to miss the sample updates, but that's alright I'll get 'em next time with TR Rock Offense.
The overarching goal of this team is to take advantage of Rock's propensity for slow, bulky attackers, and bring to bear the full power of its two greatest trick room abusers.

Tyranitar, in addition to setting up sand to facilitate Trick Room by giving all its teammates a 1.5x SpD boost, serves as a monstrous setup sweeper capable of setting up on a variety of passive or non-super effective pokemon and speed creeping/OHKO'ing a large portion of the metagame after two boosts.

There is no hesitation when I say that Stakataka is the best Trick Room sweeper in monotype bar none. Air Balloon allows it to switch into ground moves, set up Trick Room, and proceed to leverage it's outstanding attack to demolish teams with STAB Gyro Ball, Stone Edge, and, in conjunction with it's Grass and Steel neutrality, deliver devastating Heat Crashes to OHKO otherwise threatening pokemon.

I've just said why Stakataka is the best Trick Room sweeper in the metagame, now let me tell you why DIancie is both a close second, and the perfect compliment to Staka. A physically defensive Diancie laughs in the face of fighting types that would otherwise blow holes through Rock; taking turns with Staka to cover each other's 4x weaknesses in what has been described by some as "one of the spiciest tr cores in the meta." With its combination of Diamond Storm, Body Press, and Moonblast, Diancie can threaten opposing teams with near-perfect coverage and an ever increasing defense stat.

Speed Beast Boost Nihilego is the team's primary special attacker. Access to Grass Knot and Thunderbolt gives rock a fighting chance against water in addition to supplying well rounded coverage. Sludge Wave serves as Nihilego's primary STAB after Power Herb has been exhausted, though it can be replaced with Dazzling Gleam to aid in the Dragon, Dark, and Fighting matchups.

Solid Rock Weakness Policy Rhyperior; a staple wallbreaker and tremendous boon in the Electric matchup. Rhyperior is capable of functioning both in and out of Trick Room, and with its natural bulk is capable of surviving and striking back against a variety of pokemon. It's brutish, unrefined, and it works.

Cradily is a problem child. I'm not going to lie and say it's a good pokemon. It's only redeeming quality is having Storm Drain as an ability, it has pitiful offense, and worst of all, it's repulsive to look at. Even just thinking about it makes me sick to my stomach and it's a certifiable pox on the face of this team, but it does have its uses. The only way you're going to get a lick of offense out of Cradily is with a Meteor Beam set. The only way you're going to get off a Meteor Beam is with a Stockpile set. The end result is a set that can only be described as "cringe". Sadly, Cradily is Rock's best line of defense against Water and Ground so you'll just have to bare with it if you want to use this team.
The following replays are high ladder replays (everyone involved 1550+ elo) I've been able to find that display the full breadth of the team.
A big thanks to minecraftboy34 for helping me with some of these sets.

This is a somewhat generic fighting team, initially I used scrafty, but it did not help to deal correctly with threats that were not counter, also buzzwole allows Revenge kill fast pokémons like Choice Band Galarian Zapdos or Galarian Moltres who are very annoying threats. Toxicroak is very useful against fairies especially Azumarill who is a great nuisance to the fighting type. Water was also a nightmare, especially Kingdra and Pelipper, so I decided to install Scarf on Terrakion to overcome Pelipper Scarf and also other flying types in speed or revenge kill other threats, despite carrying Stealth Rock, while Kingdra will depend on playing mentally to weaken him, if he does. does, the game will get easier. For its part, Toxapex can make things difficult for you here too due to its great bulk.
You could try bewear to handle with toxapex, maybe a substitute (0 SpA Toxapex Scald vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Bewear: 78-93 (20.4 - 24.4%) -- guaranteed 5HKO) + swords dance (+2 252 Atk Bewear Double-Edge vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 204-240 (67.1 - 78.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO) set. Bewear can also tank play rough from azumarill due to its ability, and it does 2hko with double edge.

At this point, i'd leave lucario out from the team. I don't like it, it needs to setup and it's so frail. You can take care of fairy with toxicroak, even if it's not the strongest mon in the world, i think that's a good option in mono fighting
Running bewear also gives to you another defensive option and it surely handles toxapex better than any other mon in fighting matchup

With vish gone dragon has an empty slot for a breaker Specs Latios has amazing coverage and hits very hard. Scarf pult in my opinion is the only good scarf on dragon being able to revenge things like kingdra and zeraora everything else is standard dragon.

With the vish ban steel no longer needs to run max def ferrothorn which opens up other options like magnezone. Magnezone has the ability magnet pull which greatly helps in the flying mu after trapping the steel bird Excadrill and Melmetal normally win. I think Corviknight is also a super solid flying immunity for steel with u turn letting it pivot in and not get trapped by Magnezone like Celeste or Skarmory. Everything the rest is just basic immunity core with cb Melmetal as the breaker on the physical side.

Back at it with another team, this time a mono grass team that's fun as hell to mess around with. Rillaboom is one of the best mons there is, and with SD it has the capability of sweeping late game as well as downright guaranteeing wins against water, ground, and rock most of the time. Cradilly + Ferrothorn are your standard spdef/physdef walls and hazard setters. Rotom-Mow is the main pokemon I had in mind when building this team. After a nasty plot, this thing hits like a truck and helps a whole lot with tough matchups like steel, poison, and flying. Overall, a very underrated mon. Whimsicott is self explanatory, you need it for dragon and dark, and I've found u-turn + knock off to be useful for pivoting and knocking off Galarian Slowking's assault vest. Zarude's role is pretty straightforward being the main form of speed control and a cleaner.

Just like previous generations the defensive core centers around Mandibuzz and Tyranitar. Bisharp is used as a strong set up sweeper that threatens a large portion of the meta. Zarude is used as a resistance for both Water and Electric and dealing high damage with Choice Band or maintaining momentum with U-turn. Weavile is used as Speed control and a way to threaten Flying and Dragon most notably. Finishing out the team is Moltres-Galar which sets up very easily and gets it's own SpA boost from Beserk.

Krookidile is a great anti-lead with Intimidate and access to great utility like Knock Off, Taunt and Stealth Rock. After hazards are set up Grimmsnarl allows you to set up Screens reliably with Prankster to help your other threats stay alive or set up more efficiently. Tyranitar boasts a massive Atk stat and great coverage, perfect for Choice Band with the added surprise factor that most Tyranitars are defensive. Hydreigon acts as speed control and a pivot allowing you to easily revenge kill or pivot into the right teammate since HO is all about momentum. Both Moltres-Galar and Bisharp are insanely strong setup sweepers that KO entire teams if given the change to set up.

Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Psychic
- Defog
- Healing Wish
Garchomp's set utilizes its high Def stat, Rough Skin and Rocky Helmet for large chip damage on physical threats with the utility of Stealth Rock, Toxic and Dragon Tail to cripple the opponent. Hydreigon's set can almost single handedly dismantle most of the defensive or balanced type cores. Kyurem helps to threaten Water and takes advantage of 101 Subs and Pressure to stall out slower types as well. Dragalge acts as the SpD wall and helps to set up Toxic Spikes to further chip the opponents down. Dragapult is a great set up sweeper in the late game after the opposing team has been chipped down by the rest of this team. Latias with Choice Scarf helps keep faster opponents at bay with the options to clear hazards or heal teammates with Defog and Healing Wish.

Bulky Offensive Fighting

Terrakion @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

Cobalion @ Leftovers
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Taunt
- Iron Head
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave

Gallade (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Atk / 96 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Zen Headbutt
- Knock Off
- Shadow Sneak

Zapdos-Galar @ Choice Band
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- U-turn
- Brave Bird
- Throat Chop

Toxicroak @ Life Orb
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Drain Punch
- Poison Jab
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
Terrakion is speed control with its high base attack and high BP STAB moves. Keldeo is used for raw damage output to whittle down walls. Cobalion is used as a fast bulky utility to set Stealth Rock, stop opposing hazard leads and neutralize threats with Thunder Wave. Gallade with Assault Vest is used to mitigate incoming Psychic attacks since they are generally special. Drain Punch gives a little recover with Knock Off and Shadow Sneak for utility and finishing off low HP opponents. Zapdos-Galar is added as an immediate power threat with Choice Band and also punishes opponents trying to clear hazards with Defiant. With Water having a lot of strong threats Toxicroak is used to soak up Water attacks (pun not intended) and gain free set up turns.

Not to be that guy, but on your Fighting team you need to drop Sucker Punch for Earthquake on Toxicroak or your whole team is walled by Toxapex. Sucker Punch doesn't get any use in the match ups it's supposed to be there for and the additional coverage EQ provides outweighs the niche of situational priority. I also personally feel the team is too Choice heavy, but that's the builders prerogative.

For the Dragon team I'm curious the thought process on both Sub NP Hydreigon and Sub ID Kommo-o; they seem to cover very similar match ups.

Also, could you explain the EVs behind Kommo-o on Dragon, Moltres-G on Attribute's Dark and the new physically defensive spread on Grimm that has replaced the traditional SpD spread?

I know Gmoltres speed is for Scarf thundurus therian and base 100 at +1 / modest seismi with rain, i don't know the defense evs but they are the half from a smogon set so maybe he took it from there thinking at reflect (or maybe i'm completely wrong) so it is better to see what he says

Yeah, I did get the answers from other players.

Kommo-o can outspeed and Sub on Heatrans without Earth Power breaking Sub. Moltres can take 2 DIBs and live, and Grim can take either a DIB (after Reflect) or a Specs Moonblast from Lele (after Light Screen).

HO Ghost Team ft. Spectrier:

dragapult.png
Dragapult:
With its blistering speed and prodigious attack, Dragapult is the physical wallbreaker. It can hit hard with moves like Phantom Force, Outrage, and Dragon Darts, boost its attack and speed even more with Dragon Dance, or use Sucker Punch to kill an unsuspecting foe.
gengar.png
Gengar:
On the special side of things, Gengar cleans up nicely. Its Ghost-Poison typing allows it to pressure Fairies to switch out or force a trade. Sludge Wave, Shadow Ball, and Dazzling Gleam put pressure on opposing Fairies, other Ghosts, and Dark types, respectively, which would pose a huge threat if not taken care of. Focus Blast is there for more Dark coverage, and to scare away/force out Ice, Steel, and Rock types. Choice Scarf allows it to outspeed any unboosted Pokemon not in terrain.
aegislash-shield.png
Aegislash:
It's kind of the utility guy on this team, but not in a normal way. See, what this team lacks is a reliable defensive backbone alongside G-Corsola. Sure, Polteageist can come in, but to have any offensive presence, it would have to either use Shell Smash or Poltergeist everything. Aegislash fills that role, while also, after a couple of Swords Dances/Weakness Policy activation, can be a fearsome physical attacker with Shadow Sneak and Iron Head for Fairy coverage/Close Combat for Steel coverage. King's Shield is good to change between Sword and Shield Forme, for offense or defense respectively.

spectrier.png
Spectrier
: It's basically the sample set of Spectrier: Grim Neigh is too OP if you get a few kills, Calm Mind boosts 130 BP Hex after Will-O-Wisp from G-Corsola. Shadow Ball is for when G-Corsola can't burn too many and/or you just need the extra BP. If you really need the extra power, I suggest going Specs + Shadow Ball + Grim Neigh for a good combo. However, Spectrier's poor coverage can leave it walled by Normal-types and Dark-types.
polteageist.pngPolteageist: If the team needs some emergency offense, Polteageist can be a late game wincon with Shell Smash, Stored Power, and Poltergeist. If it gets low, you can use Strength Sap to restore a lot of HP and weaken physical Dark types.
corsola-galarian.png
Galarian Corsola: The main defensive core of the team; G-Corsola has incredible 400/400 Def/SpDef stats w/ Eviolite, making it a good SR setter and basically the only hazard setter on this team. Night Shade is G-Corsola's main source of damage (in case it gets Taunted), Will-O halves Attack (crippling Physical attackers), which is immensely useful, SR is self-explanatory, and Strength Sap keeping it healthy.
