[OVERVIEW]
Mr. Rime is listed as unviable because of its lack of support moves coupled with its mediocre Speed tier making it entirely outclassed by bulkier entry hazard removers such as Cryogonal and Articuno, which have Knock Off and U-turn, respectively, unlike Mr. Rime. Offensively, Jynx does everything better than it as a special attacker on top of having access to Nasty Plot and Lovely Kiss.

Mr. Rime is an offensive entry hazard remover with reliable recovery and Future Sight to support its teammates. However, Jynx is preferred offensively because it has the Speed and power to work around its lackluster typing, while Articuno and Cryogonal are preferred defensively because of their better overall stats and support movepools.

Defensively it is entirely outclasses by Cryogonal who has Knock Off and Articuno who has a pivot option in U-Turn, neither of which Mr. Rime has access to. once against this could be merged in one sentence + mention what cryo and cuno have in common with rime Offensively Jynx with access to Nasty Plot and Lovely Kiss, and Froslass with Spikes and other useful support moves are always considered to be stronger options. id just mention jynx tbf as they share almost everything

Mr. Rime is an offensive hazard remover with reliable recovery and Future Sight to support its teammates decent STAB coverage for the tier. It has solid enough Special Attack to try and put pressure on the Ghost-types that want to try and block its spin. However, it is entirely outclassed and sees no use. ik dots asked to add stuffs there, but these should only be 2-3 sentences so fluff like this isnt needed Jynx and Froslass are preferred offensively because they have the Speed and power to work around their lack luster typing, while Articuno and Cryogonal are preferred defensively because of their better overall stats and support movepools. id remove froslass just like in overview
