Welcome to the SS NDOU Sample Teams thread!

National Dex has more pokemon than any other metagame on the website, and approaching the tier can be incredibly daunting at times. These sample teams are a great place to start gaining experience in the tier without trying to tackle everything at once.

Some of the teams below will have text below them indicating they are good for beginners. While all sample teams are representative of the meta and should be approachable, if you are new, we recommend you lean towards those as they are easier then the rest.
