[OVERVIEW]
Noctowl is unviable in SS ZU due to being outclassed by Rotom-S and Golbat with their better Speed, physical bulk, and typing.

Noctowl attempts to work as a setup sweeper with its access to Nasty Plot and Tinted Lens. It tries to outspeed the tier and set up by using Hypnosis and Blunder Policy. However, it is entirely outclassed by Rotom-S and Golbat, which perform the role more reliably with their faster Speed, stronger physical bulk, and better defensive typing. Hurricane is also not an ideal move to use for a sweeper or wallbreaker due to its poor accuracy.
