A neat partner for Copperajah as it forms a synergetic hazard control core with it. Mantine switches in on Fire/Fighting/Ground moves while Copperajah eats up Rock/Grass (yes ik it's not a weakness)/Electric (to an extent) moves. Copperajah hates facing stuff like Salazzle, Talonflame, and Mudsdale among other threats and Mantine better deals with them.

Modest Nature

- Flip Turn

:vaporeon: and :dragalge: are great partners together. drag resists electric- and grass-type moves, the latter of which 4x, that are aimed at vape. this is especially useful with :rotom-mow: running rampant in the tier currently. in turn, vape can handle stray ice- and ground-types that dragalge is weak to. vape is a sitting duck (fish?) vs mons like :araquanid:, :heliolisk:, :toxicroak:, and :vileplume:, but drag can handle them pretty nicely (just watch out for hyper voice and eq from the middle two respectively). lacking recovery on drag sucks, but vape mitigates this nicely. together, the two form a neat anti-fire core. all in all, theyre both some great mons on their own, but stacked together, theyre a match made in nu heaven <3

Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Psychic
- Aura Sphere
- Recover

celebi and vaporeon build a nice bulky core, with vaporeon checking pokemon such as salazzle, arcanine, blastoise, and talonflame, whereas celebi can offensively threaten rotom-cut, which is a big threat in the current metagame right now. it can use rotom-cut as setup fodder and it has recover to do so in the long run. psychic hits most of the tier for neutral damage and aura sphere guarantees at least a neutral or super effective damage on the steel-types roaming around in the tier, such as bronzong, escavalier, and copperjah. vaporeon and celebi greatly appreciate each other for handling different threats and with toxic from vaporeon celebis breaking power after a nasty plot due to the foes are weakened beforehand by racked up poison turns is improved alot.

Impish Nature

What? Another mon weak to mowtom? How can that be a good partner??
Well, first off all, nothing safely checks Rotom-C anyway, so having like a Dragon type to this core is usually all you can do.
Mudsdale LOVES Wish support, especially the big ones from Vaporeon. Due to Mudsdale often taking Knock Off from Drapion and Guzzlord it loses its Leftovers quite a lot. With no passive recovery it gets worn down really quickly. Wish support keeps Mudsdale healthy throughout the match. Its Ground typing also allows for pivots into scouted choice-locked Rotom-C.
In terms of checking each others threats, Mudsdale is a solid check to pokemon that might want to abuse Vaporeon such as Heliolisk and Toxicroak. In return Vaporeon takes care of Water types such as Blastoise, opposing Vaporeon (if you run Toxic) and Inteleon).
The core obviously needs more members in order to check everything.

I've loved using Palo with Vap recently. It eats up Electric attacks for days for Vap, but more importantly, is arguably the best answer to Toxicroak we have right now, especially with Colbur Berry, and with help of Protect from Vap, you can even beat out Heliolisk that try to catch you with a DP or Grass Knot, turning choiced Lisk into fodder rather than threat. Fire mon and well worth a slot.

EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Sludge Bomb / Sludge Wave
- Thunderbolt

A nice switch in to the recently promoted S rank mon Mowtom. Whether it's serving as a Volt Switch eater or laughing at a Nasty Plot sweep attempt from it, Goodra works here. It also serves as a Grass check as well as Electric check. Timid is necessary of course so you don't get crept by Decidueye and subsequently crushed by a Poltergeist of course. Oh yeah, it's just a nice special tank on the side too!
