Rotom-Mow is a great partner for Swords Dance Drapion, as it can switch into bulky ground and water types like Mudsdale and Vaporeon which check Drapion quite well, and scare them out with a STAB Leaf Storm.
It also provides Defog and Volt Switch support, which helps Drapion to get onto the battlefield with taking as less damage as possible.
Furthermore, Rotom-Mow and Drapion share a check in Vileplume and Rotom-Mow can chip that down with hazard damage and Volt Switch damage into a breaker that scares it out and makes the damage stick throughout the game.
These two really work really well together.

drapion and starmie are really great partners and profit from each other. starmie supports drapion with rapid spinning entry hazards away as it is prone to stealth rocks- and spikes-damage in the long term and thus it hinders its breaking potential in the long term, but with starmie as a teampartner drapion has many more chances to go in and go ham on the other team.
furthermore starmie can support drapion with flip turn and therefore bringing it in more safely and easily and with recover it can do that in the long term. to add onto that, starmie has natural cure, so it isnt prone to toxic spikes and drapion can soak them up for starmie.
drapion on the other hand can take care of bulky pokemon, which starmie dislike, such as bronzong, articuno-galar, decidueye, and dhelmise.
drapions dual-stab in knock off and poison jab threatens a lot of common pokemon in the nu tier like sylveon, cresselia, and rotom-mow. furthermore drapion can dish out damage on bulky steels such as copperajah and with knock off it can threaten mantine.
in overall drapion and starmie support each other really well and synergyze well with each other; drapion breaks through common core in the nu metagame and starmie supports drapion with doing that due to flip turn and rapid spin in its arsenal.

Drapion helps Bronzong with Ghost- and Psychic-types in the tier like Golurk and Cresselia with Knock Off while the latter offers Ground immunity with Levitate. Together they can be a hazard stacking core with Toxic Spikes + Stealth Rocks and Bronzong appreciates Drapion's ability to remove items, specifically HDB, allowing them to be more effective. Drapion does a pretty good job in dealing with Cresselia and Sigilyph, whereas the first can use Substitute and setup CM+Stored and the latter not being affected by Toxic and also spreading its Will-O-Wisp to make Gyro Ball to less damage.

Golisopod @ Heavy Duty Boots

Golisopod is a great partner for Drapion, as it provides much assistance for Drapion. It sets spikes, Knocks Off annoying walls, and weakens Sylveon so Drapion can sweep freely.
Golisopod also deals with Drapion’s Ground weakness by taking advantage of ground types to set spikes and Knock Off their items.
This combo works best on teams that have a reliable backbone to fall upon, as both of these guys don’t have much longevity.
Overall a good partner with the potential to facilitate a Drapion sweep.

Drapion seems to struggle with stuff like Bewear, Vileplume, and other stuff like Flygon. This is where Cresselia comes in. Substitute can be used here but I feel like it's not necessary with STAB Psyshock and Moonblast. Speed investment lets it creep and have an ok chance at OHKOing Pangoro with Moonblast. As far as the others, Psyshock makes easy work of them with or w/o CM.
