I think you should include Eiscue-Noice as well. It's base 130 Speed, which hits 394 with a positive nature, and 359 with a neutral nature.

I don't see the Eeveelutions on here yet. Stuff like Chlorophyll Adamant/Jolly Leafeon is very nice for the rare sun teams for example, especially now that it has Solar Blade over Leaf Blade.

Edit: Adding stuff like min speed Hatterine, Copperajah, Conk etc for TR is probably worthwhile

It's much more realistic than some other things on this list like +4 Polteageist or Greedent going anywhere near OU.

Kommo-o should have some +1 sets here. I'm looking at the first two sets to add, but I'm listing all 4 combinations too (for ones wanting max HP), as well as the +2 and missing +0 speeds just for laughs. Unrelated but notable, Throat Spray activates with Clangorous Soul, so that is a +2 boost to Special attack.

Polteageist generally achieves +4 Speed through Shell Smash + Weak Armor (or 2x Shell Smash or even 2x Weak Armor in theory).

+1 Darmanitan-Galar is on there at 476 Speed.
