Some players scheduled privately for their Round 1 game with the consequence that our host thought they weren't in contact with each other / they were inactive and he proceeded to sub them out and make new pairings with new subs. Some of the subbed out players actually scheduled with their opponent and eventually played their games without knowing that they got subbed out, being surprised to not see their name in any of the Round 2 Pairing.

As for now, we don't think there is any fair solution to resolve the situation and we want to apologize to all those players for the trouble created.
