no you can start right away
it's not up for grabs yet, give it time for the meta to settle + figure out the best sets etc
The pokemon literally dropped today, we still need to figure out what works on it, spreads, influence on the metagame and we cannot be saving a WIP for an analysis of a mon we arent even sure what it does. We are learning about the mon as we speak, when it is up for grabs, anyone capable will be able to take it. Until then, wait patiently.

there's no set time, could be a week or two or more. basically its until we explore the mons' roles and wait on whether the council wants to vote on things or no
