I think the combination of its versatility, uncompetitive nature, and good stats makes this pokemon too overwhelming for the tier. It's simply too good for people not to run.

Ban % = 82.05%

Simple majority (50% + 1) is required for a ban, and the outcome will not be changed by more votes. Thus, Jirachi is now banned from SS UU. Tagging Marty & The Immortal to make the change on PS when possible.
