I've been wondering lately, I heard somewhere that Dual Type pokemon only get a Quarter STAB, and not HALF. Is this true?

I'm wondering if Gyarados Waterfall is 120 Base Power, or just 100 with Quarter STAB. Same applies to all dual type wondering if Gliscors Earthquake is 150 or 125 and etc.

No, STAB is STAB is STAB, it doesn't matter if you're a double elemented pokemon.

No, dual types get full STAB, but share both type's weaknesses and strengths.
