Oh stall is so back

stall has never been good enough in stabmons to justify banning tinglu, lu wasn't even mandatory on balance teams post ceaseless ban due to facing competition from ground types with removal

tinglu being unbanned definitely doesnt miraculously make stall good either, as this kind of cheesy defensive archetype tends to struggle into the sheer power this format has to offer
