Hi guys I am a newb UU player, and stall is my playstyle! In Gen 5, I was a great OU stall player, and with many changes I understand the differences. However, I see some of my main mons in lower tiers, and want to make a UU stall team! However, I have a major SD absol weakness, and overall need help making this team better. I also have a pretty large Mew weakness as it can Taunt Umbreon and wisp, except it has recovery after I get taunted and Umbreon doesnt.
So now, the team.
Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Whirlwind
- Slack Off
Hippowdon was my main man last gen, walling so many offensive threats. I dislike Hippowdon with SR, and I would rather Ice Fang. Last Gen, it allowed it to hit threats like Landorus and Latios, and this gen it allows it to hit Honchkrow and Noivern. Otherwise, it is the standard physically defensive set. It walls a lot of things and the sand passive really helps wear things down. Slack off is the best move ever on it, and I am considering running toxic over whirlwind/ice fang.
Jellicent @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 Spe

This is a Jellicent set i run, as it allows it to wall some threats. With Water Absorb, it completely walls crocune. It also walls Cloyster, who at +2 does not OHKO, and does not 2HKO after a Will-o-Wisp and Leftovers recovery. It also resists both of Hera's stabs, and can wisp in return. It is also a really good spin blocker, and overall one of my favorite pokemon. I think it has lot of potential UU.

Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 216 SpD / 40 Spe

The next pokemon is Celebi, who is my Stealth Rock setter. I like dual stab so I can hit Tentacruel, Chesnaught, and other water types super effectively. Recovery is there to heal, and i run Speed evs to speed creep things trying to speed creep it. Celebi bro
However I am not sure if I should replace it with Shaymin :/ In some situation I like the psychic, and in others I dont.
I think moongie's typing is better and Regenerator is really legit. But otherwise same as celebi.

I want it to be able to handle taunt Mew, but I guess that is asking a little bit too much. But otherwise, it provides some much needed support to this team. I am also unsure if I should run payback over foul play, meh idk. Also would pursuit Umbreon be viable?
I am replacing Umbreon with Sableye because I need a better alakazam wall and didnt realize umbreon gets 2hko'd. Plus a spin blocker is nice.

Gyro ball rekts them speedy threads, and volt switch gains momentum. I always try to get spikes down, and more importantly keep spikes up, however I prioritize spinning.

Uh, the realest of real rotoms, 4x weak to ground but look at dat levitate, Wallin dem Raikous and wisps things which is epic!!! Eats up them Fire and Grass types!!! I also really like volt switch as it gives me momentum, causing more switches and will help pile up the entry hazards. It also forms a nice FWG with Jellicent and Celebi, which is very much so appreciated.
Okay so I looked at what this thing could do over blissey and I couldnt come up with an answer and I also needed a new SR setter so here.
