Stalling gen 5 with gen 4 pokes.

This team has reached a ranking of 200/44,000 on pokemon online and i believe could go much higher.

Roserade (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Toxic Spikes
- Sleep Powder
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Roserade is generally my lead, in the team preview I check for two things: whether i can outspeed the opponents first pokemon (although leads can change the majority of the time they don't) and whether they have a poison-type (to soak up my toxic spikes). If i can outspeed i will use roserade as my lead and attempt to put them to sleep, 75% accuracy is not ideal so a focus sash comes in handy and essentially gives me a second chance if there is a miss. Once their lead is asleep i will proceed to lay down toxic spikes (unless they have a poison-type). Leaf storm is great stab and hidden power ice is for gliscor and dragons. I can usually keep roserade around once his initial job of sleep inducing and toxic spiking is complete to take down some weakened, slower pokemon later game.
blissey.png

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Hardy Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Flamethrower
- Toxic

Blissey is my special wall and wish passer. I used flamethrower over seismic toss so that i could touch ghosts (sub-gengar in particular) as well as hit ferrothorn and forretress harder. I used to run stealth rock instead of toxic on this set however calm mind latias was able to sweep my entire team so i was forced to change, that said if latias carries sub or refresh blissey can not touch it, so i have to try my luck with scizor.
ani227.gif

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Whirlwind
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Brave Bird

Skarmory is my physical wall, he also lays down stealth rock and phases. I have replaced spikes with whirlwind, this therefore, quite obviously, leaves me without the abilty to put spikes in play.
Gyarados.png

Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Roar

Gyarados is my second physical wall and rest talker. Intimidate and gyara's natural defensive bulk make him an excellent physical wall, and with rest to recover hp and remove status he is hard to take down. Roar is to phase and rack up residual damage while waterfall is stab. He walls notable offensive threats such as conkeldurr, infernape etc. I chose roar over dragon tail as it is not stopped dead by subs or misses.

v2dex149.gif

Dusclops (M) @ Eviolite
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Night Shade
- Will-O-Wisp

My spin blocker, second rest-talker and mixed wall. with an eviolite dusclops is able to soak up a range of hits and then rest them off if need be, he therefore functions fantastically as a tank and spin blocker. will-o-wisp is to cripple physical attackers and night shade for a source of damage. I chose rest over pain split as i believe it is a more reliable form of recovery also it means i dont have to worry about being statused.
scizor.png

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spd
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Pursuit

Physical attacker and priority user. counters calm mind reuniclus who used to be able to sweep my whole team as he is not affected by status, also counters curse/rest cradily who similarly used to be able to sweep my whole team. also used to take out weakened pokes with bullet punch as well as scout with u-turn.

Notes:
Changes in red

You could use dragon tail on gyarados for that extra oomph instead of roar, although it has a little less accuracy. Or maybe both roar and dragon tail to be extra anoying while Rest Talking.

Ah stall<3. Milotic is a much better option than gyarados in a stall team. It gets a 50% defense boost when using resttalk.
Milotic @ leftovers
Rest
Sleep Talk
Dragon tail
Scald
Ev:252hp, 200def,58spec Def.
Nature: calm
Great mixed wall! Helps you phaze and burn while granting a defense boost. It just becomes so annoying to kill...

For Skarmory, Please replace either spikes or stealth rock with whirlwind for phazing. Much better option that both entry hazards as your opponent won't be swiching by him/herself.

you have toxic spikes + spikes or sr(suggest sr to nail flying types/levitate users). Don't use all 3 as it won't really work in phazing and stalling.

If you had to use a spinner i'd say it would have to be hitmontop. He can use foresight and rapid spin even on ghost types. Has sucker bunch and mach punch/close combat too. Look into hitmontop replacing 1 of your pokemon.

Dusclops should run painspilt instead of resttalk. Flashfire users will eat up that 33.3% chance to get a boost on the switch. It also can't touch chandelure and shadowtag will trap it.
Dusclops @evo stone
Pain Split
Will-o-Wisp
Night Shade/shadow sneak
Sesmic Toss
same nature and ev is fine.

Hope it helps=D

Gyarados is better than Milotic on stall. Intimidate is far superior to Marvel scale because it means you don't have to stay in to keep the additional defense. It also works when you are awake, and not only that, but Gyarados has a very handy Fighting resist. Dragon Tail is nice, however Roar is better unless you have another phazer because Dragon tail cannot hit a mon behind a substitute. This means the Pokemon that like to setup behind a substitute can block you from phazing. Chandelure cannot have shadow tag in OU as it is unreleased, so he doesn't have to worry about that. Personally I don't like switching flash fire mons into a 33% chance to take 100 damage, but I guess that is a reason to go with painsplit. However, Night Shade is generally better than seismic toss because ghosts are more common than Normal types. Not only that, but the normal types that are in OU generally have high HP, so seismic toss isn't doing a whole lot anyway. A spinner whouold be useful though, Gyarados is much better at taking hit when he does take 25% coming in. Since Skarmory isn't phazing, I would consider using Forretress instead. He has both entry hazards that skarm is using as well as Rapid Spin for support and can use pain split to heal.

I think milotic vs gyarados is mostly a matter of personal preference imo.
Milotic can use scald over waterfall, has no SR weakness, is more bulky on the special end and has no 4x weakness, also she doesn't lose it's defence when the opponent switches. Gyarados does have that nice fighting resist, however this team doesn't have any extreme fighting weaknesses, besides blissey.

Talking about weaknesses though, with the inclusion of forretress, this team does become even more horribly weak to fire.
2 times 4x weakness
1 time 2x
and will-o-wisp/flametrower won't do much vs fire.
only gyarados resists fire.

thanks for the suggestions guys,
I have changed a few things as you can see.
I tried milotic over gyarados however i didnt like it as much, i prefer the flying type and physical bulk of gyarados as well as its ability, intimidate.

also note, that if a pokemon with flash fire hopes to get a free boost from my sleep talking dusclops the chance of that happening is only 25%, there is a 33.3% chance will-o-wisp will be selected in sleep talk however there is also a 75% chance it will hit, therefore the probability is 0.75 x 33.3 = 25.

infernape.png

Infernape (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SpA)
- Stealth Rock
- Fake Out
- Close Combat
- Flare Blitz

This set allows for you to set-up stealth rock, and shake-up the opponent a tad with fake-out. You have STAB Close Combat and Flare Blitz to allow for some sweeping potential. Replacing Roserade with this infernape still gives you a solid lead who is able to set out some entry hazards, and has some added punch to give you a potential sweeper.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure

Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Whirlwind
- Spikes
- Roost
- Brave Bird

With my suggestion of replacing roserade with infernape, you can put spikes over stealth rock in this set.

Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers

Notes:
Changes in red

This should aide in diminishing your HEAVY fire weakness, and will keep the theme going strong with the exclusion of Gen 5 pokes in this team while still being a force to be reckoned with.

I would replace Dusknoir with Spiritomb to combat your reuiniclus weakness or replace Scizor with Rotom-Wash. Your team is really weak to Electric/Fire attacks. Rotom can Trick Reuniclus a Choice Scarf essentially making it useless, and has the speed to revenge kill pokes if needed. Although it doesnt provide an electric resist, your team has problems with physical electric type attacks and those aren't that common.

If you decide to replace Dusknoir with Spiritomb then I suggest replacing Scizor with a different pokemon to address that electric/fire weakness. alternatively you can go with a Eviolite Misdreavus with Shadow Ball/Taunt/Pain Split/Heal Bell (or whatever move in this slot) to beat/weaken reuiniclus (depending on the set). If you want to be really gimmicky it gets Psychup for instant boosts, Calm Mind to stat up along with it, Destiny Bond to do a double down or Will O Wisp for Tyranitar switch ins.
With taunt it can't recover HP and it won't have enough Calm Minds to beat you if its defensively oriented. But if its offensively oriented, then gyarados should be able to take a hit and roar or finish it off with waterfall.

Also change your Blissey's nature to Bold or Calm and Scizor's to Adamant.
