Actually, I believe that this is untrue. It's the reason that non-gendered Pokemon (besides Mew of course and Cryogonal for some strange reason) do not learn Attract. Genderless Pokemon cannot be infatuated nor can they infatuate another Pokemon. Test with Cryogonal and Mew just to make sure: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-416869062
