Sticky Web (Araquanid) @ Custap Berry
Ability: Water Bubble
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 SpA or 252 HP / 216 Atk / 40 Def

[SET COMMENTS]

Araquanid is the tier's premier Sticky Web user due to its good defensive typing, serviceable bulk, and amazing offensive matchups against notable threats to Sticky Web teams such as Iron Moth, Cinderace, Iron Treads, and Great Tusk thanks to its Water Bubble ability. Surf is not only a very consistent STAB move for reliable damage, but it also prevents Glimmora from setting up Toxic Spikes with its ability and allows Araquanid to deal with Taunt Landorus-T sets that might try to prevent Araquanid from setting Sticky Web. On physical sets, Liquidation has its merits by doing more damage to Assault Vest Pokemon or Pokemon that are more physically frail, such as Iron Crown and Dragapult; however, this does come at the cost of not being able to grab important KOs on entry hazard-removing leads such as Iron Treads, Great Tusk, and Landorus-T. With Endeavor, Araquanid can chip the notable Water-type checks of the tier like Ogerpon-W and Primarina, and using it with Custap Berry allows Araquanid to deal sudden damage to threatening sweepers such as Roaring Moon and Kyurem before being KOed. Leech Life on physical sets does more damage to threatening anti-leads like Roaring Moon and Ogerpon-W. Endure can be used to activate Custap Berry more consistently in the face of counter leads such as Raging Bolt and powerful Choice Band users such as Zamazenta, while Mirror Coat can be opted for to deal massive damage to special attackers such as Zapdos. 40 Defense EVs and maximum HP investment guarantees Araquanid will take two Ceaseless Edges from Hisuian Samurott, and a Modest nature with the rest of its remaining EVs in Special Attack will enable Araquanid to 2HKO physically defensive Hatterene with Surf even after Leftovers recovery. If Araquanid is running physical moves, then an Adamant nature and 216 Attack EVs should be run instead. Araquanid can also take full advantage of its high Special Defense by running an EV spread of 252 HP / 116 SpA / 112 SpD / 28 Spe. This specially defensive spread allows it to survive a Thunderbolt from Modest Raging Bolt even after a Special Attack boost from Protosynthesis; however, these sets need to opt for Hydro Pump over Surf to guarantee the OHKO against maximum HP Landorus-T. Araquanid can also invest 28 EVs into Speed to outpace Ting-Lu. Although Terastallizing Araquanid should generally be avoided in order to preserve Terastallization for its teammates, which generally need it more, Tera Ghost allows Araquanid to spinblock Iron Treads and Great Tusk in emergencies where Araquanid is near fainting and also allows Araquanid to get a guaranteed Endeavor off against Extreme Speed Dragonite if it is in Custap Berry activation range.

Araquanid has found its home as a reliable entry hazard setter on Sticky Web hyper offense teams, and as such, set up sweepers with middling Speed tiers greatly appreciate its presence. Gholdengo is an almost-required teammate on such structures and allows Sticky Web teams to block hazard removal from Rapid Spin, Glimmora's Mortal Spin, and Defog thanks to its ability. Gholdengo is also invaluable in dismantling the bulkier team structures that hyper offense teams in general struggle against greatly. Other set-up sweepers with middling Speed tiers such as Adamant Roaring Moon, Attack Booster Energy Great Tusk, Raging Bolt, and Meteor Beam Glimmora also pair excellently with Araquanid. Great Tusk’s Hazard removal can allow Araquanid to come in multiple times per match, and its typing allows for it to check anti-leads to Araquanid, such as Roaring Moon and Raging Bolt. Iron Treads can also be considered on Sticky Web teams heavily weak to Raging Bolt. Roaring Moon allows Sticky Web teams to have a much-improved matchup against teams that spam Heavy-Duty Boots by allowing for these teams, especially those with Dragapult, to be broken down even harder due to its powerful STAB Knock Off boosted by an Adamant nature, which is something Araquanid allows it to run, since Speed Booster Energy threats such as Iron Valiant can no longer outspeed it after a Sticky Web is set. Meteor Beam Glimmora can assist Sticky Web structures by absorbing Toxic Spikes and setting Stealth Rock for its teammates while also still maintaining heavy offensive pressure. Iron Moth is another potent sweeper thatSticky Web teams can employ, as Sticky Web being set up lets Iron Moth run maximum Special Attack investment and a Modest nature, granting it a Special Attack boost from its Booster Energy and allowing it to do more consistent damage even without boosts from Fiery Dance. Kingambit can also take great advantage of Sticky Web, as it allows for Kingambit to get the jump on opposing Jolly Kingambit and, if Kingambit itself opts to run a Jolly nature, maximum Speed Great Tusk without Heavy-Duty Boots. Ogerpon-W is excellent on Sticky Web teams, as with Swords Dance and an Adamant nature, which it can now run thanks to Araquanid relieving it from the pressure of Speed ties with opposing Ogerpon-W, it forms a strong core with Gholdengo that can throttle the bulkier team structures that hyper offense teams tend to struggle with.

All the mentions for the set you listed here are spot-on, so I don't have any real qualms with anything you've already written beyond a handful of small comments here and there which you'll see as you read this further. For the time being we've elected to stick with the onsite set (Modest first, Adamant and the physical options slashed) so you'd need to incorporate these options into the analysis. You've used this mon a ton so you know the merits of the physical investment (it's really just there to make Leech Life even stronger into the likes of H-Samurott, OgerW, and Deo-S, and the added benefit of Liquidation+Leech 2HKOing Roaring Moon while Surf+Buzz does not); it also effortlessly OHKOs the occasional AV Hoopa-U which Buzz doesn't) or Bug Buzz (strong special hit into these aforementioned Bug-weak threats, can be kinda neat into Sub Kyurem in a pinch but that's very ancillary and doesn't deserve much of a mention).

Araquanid is the tier’s premiere Sticky Web user due to its good defensive typing, serviceable bulk, and amazing offensive matchups into notable threats against Sticky Web teams such as Iron Moth, Cinderace, Iron Treads, Iron Crown, and Great Tusk thanks to its Water Bubble ability. Surf is not only a very consistent STAB move for reliable damage, but it also prevents Glimmora from setting up Toxic Spikes with its Ability and allows you to deal with Landorus Therian sets with Taunt that might try to prevent Araquanid from setting Sticky Webs. Surf also allows Araquanid to be helpful in matchups where Sticky Webs aren’t helpful, such as against teams spamming Heavy Durty Boots, due to Water Bubble elevating its power to impressive heights. With Endeavor, you’re able to chip the notable Water resists of the tier like Ogerpon Wellspring and Primarina, which along with Custap Berry allows you to deal revenge sudden damage to threatening sweepers such as Roaring Moon and Kyurem. This is where the Bug Buzz nod would fit best. Then you'd mention Leech Life and just add your Liquidation mention here as the harder hit into Pult and AV Crown. Special Araquanid is definitely the superior option across the board, though, which you noted in Discord. Endure can be used to activate Custap Berry more consistently in the face of counter leads such as Raging Bolt and powerful Choice Band users such as Zamazenta, while Mirror Coat can be opted for to deal massive damage to special attackers such as Zapdos. 40 Defense EVs and Max HP investment allows you to take a guaranteed two Ceaseless Edges from Samourott-Hisui, and a Modest Nature with the rest of your remaining EVs in Special Attack allows you to deal as much damage as possible. In particular, this Special Attack investment allows you to knock out Physically Defensive Hatterene with only two Surfs even after Leftovers recovery. Tera Ghost allows you to spin block Iron Treads and Great Tusk in emergency situations where Araquanid is near fainting, and also allows you to get a guaranteed Endeavor off against Extreme Speed Dragonite if it is in Custap Berry activation range.

Araquanid has found its home as a reliable hazard setter on Sticky Web Hyper Offense teams, and as such set up sweepers with middling speed tiers appreciate its presence on such structures greatly. Gholdengo is also invaluable in dismantling the bulkier team structures that Hyper Offense teams in general struggle against greatly. Other set up sweepers with middling speed tiers such as Adamant Dragonite and Roaring Moon, Attack Booster Great Tusk, Raging Bolt, and Meteor Beam Glimmora also pair excellently with Araquanid. Great Tusk’s hazard removal can allow Araquanid to come in multiple times per match, and its typing allows for it to check Araquanid anti-leads such as Roaring Moon and Raging Bolt. Iron Treads can also be considered on Sticky Web teams heavily weak to Raging Bolt as well. Both Dragonite and Roaring Moon allow Sticky Web teams to have a much improved matchup against teams that spam Heavy Duty Boots, with Dragonite assisting more against Swords Dance Ogerpon Wellspring, a scary lead for Araquanid to face, and Roaring Moon allowing for boots teams to be broken down even harder, especially those with Dragapult, due to its powerful STAB Knock Off combined with an Adamant nature, something Araquanid allows it to run what's Webs letting Adamant Roaring Moon do that it normally can't? This is where you'd mention Webs messing up Valiant's Booster Energy, methinks. Meteor Beam Glimmora can assist Sticky Web structures by absorbing Toxic Spikes and setting Stealth Rocks for its teammates, while also still maintaining heavy offensive pressure. Missing a few noteworthy teammates here. You 100% need to include mention of Iron Moth (nearly 63% of all Araq teams feature it. You should include SpA Booster and Modest here; Webs specifically gets away with max/max and Modest really well), Kingambit (~40%, the face of HO, appreciates not needing to worry about speed ties/opposing Jolly Gambit and if Gambit itself is Jolly can get the jump on max-Speed non-Boots Tusk [hits 200 which barely beats out standard Gambit after Webs] after Webs), and Ogerpon-W (relieves speed tie pressure, cripples Speed Booster mons like Moth/Valiant, gets the jump on Roaring Moon/Scarfers/Zama, etc.). Zama and Valiant themselves are worth considering including here (Valiant has the higher usage of the two on Araq squads), but Valiant is a little more situational since IIRC the Webs teams featuring it uses that Attack Booster SD+Sneak set that's not worth writing an analysis for yet. Implement the other stuff first (Moth, Gambit, OgerW), and then let's see if these are worth including thereafter. Could also include fringe stuff that does okay on Webs (Tera Stellar Enam, Serp), but those are very niche and I'm leaning towards "don't worry about these," so I'll leave them up to you.

Let me know when this is implemented. This is NOT QC 1/2 yet; that stamp will come after I check it a second time, after you're done implementing all this.

And let me point out that while I'm making you add a LOT of stuff, this analysis is still extremely well-written. What you've already got here needs very few changes, and you should be very proud of your work thus far, especially for a first-time writer!

Araquanid can also invest 28 EVs in its Speed to outpace Ting Lu as well. Kingambit can also take great advantage of Sticky Webs well, as it allows for Kingambit to run a Jolly nature and get the jump on opposing Jolly Kingambit and, if Kingambit itself opts to run a Jolly nature, Adamant's still more than serviceable on Webs; probably also worth adding mention of Tera Blast Fairy in this situation, but up to you. There's plenty of content here already, so you probably don't need to bog this down further and I'll let whoever stamps this second decide if that's worth adding or not. Great Tusk with maximum Speed investment without Heavy Duty Boots. Ogerpon Wellspring can pair excellently with Gholdengo on Sticky Web teams, as with Swords Dance and an Adamant nature, worth noting that Adamant is just an option, but I'll leave that up to you; Adamant's still reasonably common so this isn't a bad mention for the same reasons why Modest Iron Moth is worth considering. Probably just keep it as is. which it can now run thanks to Araquanid relieving it from the pressure of speed ties with opposing Ogerpon, it is excellent at throttling the bulkier team structures Hyper Offense teams tend to struggle with.

Excellent work! This is QC 1/2 now!

This is more of a GP-related tip for the future (and GP will go through this with you once you're in the GP stage of this analysis), but you generally want to avoid using "you" in analyses. Citing a specific example here:
Tera Ghost allows you to spin block Iron Treads and Great Tusk in emergencies where Araquanid is near fainting and also allows you to get a guaranteed Endeavor off against Extreme Speed Dragonite if it is in Custap Berry activation range.
Tera Ghost allows Araquanid to spinblock, and allows Araquanid to get that easy Endeavor off in a pinch.

It's a minor thing, and that's something you won't need to worry about for now since GP will be pretty thorough with you on that front. Just something to think about with your future analyses. And with the quality of this one, I definitely hope you keep writing these in the future, because it's a pretty damn good first attempt!

Content is really good, most of this is formatting stuff. I'll take another look to check the paragraph 1 ordering then it will be good to go to GP. Make sure to proofread this fully and implement this part as well to make things easier for GP; there's a few uses of it in the first paragraph that I have highlighted in yellow.
This is more of a GP-related tip for the future (and GP will go through this with you once you're in the GP stage of this analysis), but you generally want to avoid using "you" in analyses
Also note that its Sticky Web, not Webs, and Ogerpon-W, not Ogerpon Wellspring.

[SET COMMENTS] (this is also needed for the upload)
Araquanid is the tier’s premiere Sticky Web user due to its good defensive typing, serviceable bulk, and amazing offensive matchups into notable threats against Sticky Web teams such as Iron Moth, Cinderace, Iron Treads, Iron Crown (Crown isn't weak to Water so it doesn't really fit with the Water Bubble line line the other examples, and if it's CM and clicks it turn 1 then it's not super threatened by the Surf vaiants/ It's also best to keep example lists down to 3 or maybe 4) and Great Tusk thanks to its Water Bubble ability. Surf is not only a very consistent STAB move for reliable damage, but it also prevents Glimmora from setting up Toxic Spikes with its Ability and allows you to deal with Landorus Therian sets with Taunt that might try to prevent Araquanid from setting Sticky Webs. (Paragraph order needs to follow the set order, so talk about Liquidation and Hydro Pump here. I've left a comment at the bottom of the paragraph with ordering) With Endeavor, you can chip the notable Water resists of the tier like Ogerpon Wellspring and Primarina, which along with and using it with Custap Berry allows you to deal revenge sudden damage to threatening sweepers such as Roaring Moon and Kyurem before being KOed. (Reworded this to make it clearer that it's two points you're making and not one connected one) Bug Buzz can also be opted for on Special Attack sets as well to threaten Samurott-Hisui and Ogerpon Wellspring. Physicalsets also have their merit as well on Araquanid, with Leech Life doing Leech Life on physical sets does (You can talk about the merits of physical sets earlier in the paragraph once Liquidation has been moved up) more damage to threatening anti-leads like Roaring Moon and Ogerpon Wellspring and Liquidation doing more damage to mons that utilize the Assault Vest item or are more physically frail, such as Iron Crown and Dragapult, however, this does come at the cost of not being able to grab important knockouts on hazard blocking removing (Treads can't block it) leads such as Iron Treads, Great Tusk, and Landorus Therian. Endure can be used to activate Custap Berry more consistently in the face of counter leads such as Raging Bolt and powerful Choice Band users such as Zamazenta, while Mirror Coat can be opted for to deal massive damage to special attackers such as Zapdos. 40 Defense EVs and Max HP investment allows you to take a guaranteed two Ceaseless Edges from Samourott-Hisui, and a Modest Nature with the rest of your remaining EVs in Special Attack will enable you to deal as much damage as possible. In particular, this Special Attack investment allows you knock out Physically Defensive Hatterene with only two Surfs even after Leftovers recovery. ('more investment makes it do as much as possible' doesn't really add anything that's not common sense, so getting straight to calcs is good) If Araquanid is running physical moves, then an Adamant nature and 216 Attack EVs should be run. (feel free to rephrase but content about the physdef spread should be here too) Araquanid can also take full advantage of its high Special Defense by running an alternative soread of 252 HP / 116 SpA / 112 SpD / 28 Spe. (spread is no longer on the set so putting the full thing in for readability) 112 Special Defense EVs and a Calm nature which allows it to live a Thunderbolt from a Modest Raging Boot even after a Protosynthesis boost in its Special Attack, however, such sets need to opt for Hydro Pump over the surf to guarantee to knock out max HP EV invested Landorus Therian in one hit. Araquanid can also invest 28 EVs in its Speed to outpace Ting Lu as well. Tera Ghost allows you to spin block Iron Treads and Great Tusk in emergencies where Araquanid is near fainting and also allows you to get a guaranteed Endeavor off against Extreme Speed Dragonite if it is in Custap Berry activation range. 9worth mentioning that it's rare to tera araq because its teammates generally need it more)

For paragraph ordering, talk about things in this order:
Surf, Liquidation (and mention benefits of physical sets), Hydro Pump - grouping these three together means you can compare and contrast which Water-type move is best.
Then talk about Endeavor as the next main slash, then Bug Buzz vs Leech Life, then Endure / Mirror Coat.
This helps the text follow the order presented in the set so a reader can find the specific bits of information they need more easily.

Araquanid has found its home as a reliable hazard setter on Sticky Web Hyper Offense teams, and as such set up sweepers with middling speed tiers appreciate its presence on such structures greatly. Gholdengo is an almost required teammate on such structures and allows Sticky Web teams to block hazard removal from both (you've listed three things) Rapid Spin, Glimmora Glimmora's Mortal Spin, and Defog thanks to its ability. Other set-up sweepers with middling speed tiers such as Adamant Dragonite and Roaring Moon, Attack Booster Great Tusk, Raging Bolt, and Meteor Beam Glimmora also pair excellently with Araquanid. Great Tusk’s hazard removal can allow Araquanid to come in multiple times per match, and its typing allows for it to check Araquanid anti-leads such as Roaring Moon and Raging Bolt. Running an Adamant nature on Roaring Moon also allows it to 2HKO Physically Defensive Corviknight after a Dragon Dance boost and Stealth Rock damage with Knock Off (Corv isn't super relevant to threatening to Webs so this calc doesn't relate back to Araq much; the information about Adamant with Valiant's booster is far more relevant here) Meteor Beam Glimmora can assist Sticky Web structures by absorbing Toxic Spikes and setting Stealth Rocks for its teammates, while also still maintaining heavy offensive pressure. Iron Moth is another potent sweeper Sticky Web teams can employ, as a Sticky Web being set up lets Iron Moth run maximum Special Attack investment and a Modest nature, granting it a Special Attack Boost with its Booster Energy item and allowing it to do more consistent damage even without boosts from Fiery Dance. Kingambit can also take great advantage of Sticky Webs well, as it allows for Kingambit to get the jump on opposing Jolly Kingambit and, if Kingambit itself opts to run a Jolly nature, Great Tusk with maximum Speed investment without Heavy Duty Boots. Ogerpon Wellspring can pair excellently with Gholdengo (This is an Araq analysis so saying it pairs well with Ghold isn't super clear, so I rephrased it to talk about the core) on Sticky Web teams, as with Swords Dance and an Adamant nature, which it can now run thanks to Araquanid relieving it from the pressure of speed ties with opposing Ogerpon, it is excellent at throttling forms a strng core with Gholdengo that can throttle the bulkier team structures Hyper Offense teams tend to struggle with.

Araquanid is the tier’s premiere tier's premier Sticky Web user due to its good defensive typing, serviceable bulk, and amazing offensive matchups into against notable threats against Sticky Web teams such as Iron Moth, Cinderace, Iron Treads, and Great Tusk thanks to its Water Bubble ability. Surf is not only a very consistent STAB move for reliable damage, but it also prevents Glimmora from setting up Toxic Spikes with its ability and allows Araquanid to deal with Taunt Landorus-T sets with Taunt that might try to prevent Araquanid from setting Sticky Webs Web. On physical sets, Liquidation has its merits by doing more damage to mons that utilize the Assault Vest item Pokemon or Pokemon that are more physically frail, such as Iron Crown and Dragapult (RC); (ASC) however, this does come at the cost of not being able to grab important knockouts KOs on entry hazard removing leads such as Iron Treads, Great Tusk, and Landorus-T. With Endeavor, Araquanid can chip the notable Water resists Water-resistant Pokemon Base ogerpon is immune not resistant, so maybe you'd like to rephrase it as "Water-type checks" instead of the tier like Ogerpon-W and Primarina, and using it with Custap Berry allows Araquanid to deal revenge if you wanna keep the revenge aspect maybe write "...to take a hit and deal surprise damage back to..." sudden damage to threatening sweepers such as Roaring Moon and Kyurem before being KOed. 40 Defense EVs and Max HP investment allows guarantees Araquanid to take a guaranteed two Ceaseless Edges from Hisuian Samurott, and a Modest nature with the rest of its remaining EVs in Special Attack will enable Araquanid to knock out 2HKO physically defensive Hatterene with only two Surfs Surf even after Leftovers recovery. Gholdengo is an almost required teammate on such structures and allows Sticky Web teams to block hazard removal from Rapid Spin, Glimmora’s Glimmora's Mortal Spin, and Defog thanks to its ability. Great Tusk’s Tusk's hazard removal can allow Araquanid to come in multiple times per match, and its typing allows for it to check anti-leads to Araquanid, (AC) anti-leads such as Roaring Moon and Raging Bolt. Iron Treads can also be considered on Sticky Web teams heavily weak to Raging Bolt as well. Roaring Moon allows Sticky Web teams to have a much-improved matchup against teams that spam Heavy Duty Heavy-Duty Boots by allowing for these teams, (AC) especially those with Dragapult, (AC) to be broken down even harder (RC) especially those with Dragapult (RC) due to its powerful STAB Knock Off combined with boosted by an Adamant nature, which is something Araquanid allows it to run, (AC) since Speed Booster Energy threats such as Iron Valiant can no longer outspeed it after a Sticky Web is set. Meteor Beam Glimmora can assist Sticky Web structures by absorbing Toxic Spikes and setting Stealth Rocks Rock for its teammates, while also still maintaining heavy offensive pressure. Iron Moth is another potent sweeper that Sticky Web teams can employ, as a Sticky Web being set up lets Iron Moth run maximum Special Attack investment and a Modest nature, granting it a Special Attack Boost with from its Booster Energy item and allowing it to do more consistent damage even without boosts from Fiery Dance. Kingambit can also take great advantage of Sticky Webs well Web, as it allows for Kingambit to get the jump on opposing Jolly Kingambit and, if Kingambit itself opts to run a Jolly nature, Great Tusk with maximum Speed investment Great Tusk without Heavy Duty Heavy-Duty Boots. Ogerpon-W is excellent on Sticky Web teams, as with Swords Dance and an Adamant nature, which it can now run thanks to Araquanid relieving it from the pressure of Speed ties with opposing Ogerpon Ogerpon-W, it forms a strong core with Gholdengo that can throttle the bulkier team structures that hyper offense teams tend to struggle with.

[SET COMMENTS]

Araquanid is the tier’s premiere tier's premier Sticky Web user due to its good defensive typing, serviceable bulk, and amazing offensive matchups into against notable threats against to Sticky Web teams such as Iron Moth, Cinderace, Iron Treads, and Great Tusk thanks to its Water Bubble ability. On physical sets, Liquidation has its merits by doing more damage to mons that utilize the Assault Vest item Pokemon or Pokemon that are more physically frail, such as Iron Crown and Dragapult (RC); (ASC) however, this does come at the cost of not being able to grab important knockouts KOs on entry hazard-removing add hyphen leads such as Iron Treads, Great Tusk, and Landorus-T. 40 Defense EVs and Max maximum HP investment allows guarantees Araquanid to will take a guaranteed two Ceaseless Edges from Hisuian Samurott, and a Modest nature with the rest of its remaining EVs in Special Attack will enable Araquanid to knock out 2HKO physically defensive Hatterene with only two Surfs Surf even after Leftovers recovery. If Araquanid is running physical moves, then an Adamant nature and 216 Attack EVs should be run instead. Araquanid can also take full advantage of its high Special Defense by running an EV spread of 252 HP / 116 SpA / 112 SpD / 28 Spe. This specially defensive spread allows it to live survive a Thunderbolt from a Modest Raging Boot Bolt even after a Protosynthesis Special Attack boost in its Special Attack (RC) from Protosynthesis; (ASC) however, such these sets need to opt for Hydro Pump over the surf Surf to guarantee to knock out max the OHKO against maximum HP EV invested Landorus-T in one hit. Araquanid can also invest 28 EVs in its into Speed to outpace Ting-Lu as well. Although using Tera on Terastallizing Araquanid should generally be avoided in order to preserve it Terastallization for its teammates, (AC) which generally need it more, Tera Ghost allows Araquanid to spin block spinblock Iron Treads and Great Tusk in emergencies where Araquanid is near fainting and also allows Araquanid to get a guaranteed Endeavor off against Extreme Speed Dragonite if it is in Custap Berry activation range.
