Also, for my reference, here is an earlier analysis of Stoutland. Not much has changed from dropping to UU as it faces many of the problems it faced in OU. Badalchristiano's analysis could function as the UU analysis with some minor tweaks as it is already QC and GP approved.

Retaliate seems like it could go to Other Options. Ice Fang isn't as useful in UU without Gliscor and Garchomp to revenge kill.
 
Pursuit definitely needs a mention somewhere as it turns Stoutland into an effective Mismagius/Psychic trapper. I personally think its slash worthy (what is Ice Fang for? Gligar?) at least, but its up to you.
 
slash life orb next to choice band, stoutland is an effective late game cleaner as well as revenger.

pursuit slash is worth it, while retaliate can be put as a slash with return instead of 4th slot
