I hope that steel-fighting pokemon has reversal. it would own tyrannitar and kill a ton.

there is no steel fighting however scizor is steel bug, so he gets reversal also, however with no stab and 5 base less then heracross, but he resists sandstream and has agility and stab on hp bug!

I think xcrissxcrossx is talking about Rukario, new legendary guy from 4th gen. Rukario looks suspiciously uber, though, and probably won't be seeing too many Tyranitars because of that.
