Suggestions for LC team

Cool team! I don't really know what your goal was with this team, because you didn't provide any write up, so I don't want to make my own version. Instead, I'm going to note, below, a few things you should fix and keep in mind for the future. If you want to implement these changes and then repost with what you built around, I'd be happy to make a comprehensive edit camdeeni:
Right now, this team has nothing faster than 17 base speed. This means that you can't outspeed Mienfoo, for example. Or, more pressingly, you can't outspeed Chinchou which is an issue for your team.
I would change the tera on Zera to Fairy so you can kill Mienfoo and Vullaby. I'm assuming you wanted a terrain boosted grass blast, but I really don't know what that is hitting that is more pressing than Mienfoo and Vullaby.
Your Grookey should be the below spread:
EVs: 236 Atk / 36 Def / 236 Spe
Jolly Nature
I would change your Mudbray Tera to Water or Grass. Grass will help vs Chinchou and also not be Elekid weak. It also resists Diglets EQ.
I would change your Mienfoo Tera to Fairy, Steel, or Water, which I think are all better in this meta.
You have two Stealth Rock setters in Mudbray and Glimmet. You should delete Glimmet and add a Pokemon faster than 17 base speed. I think Elekid would be nice (and you can do Tera Grass Blast on that). You really want something faster than Diglet on this team so you're not relying on Grookey for too much.
I would also note that Mareani and Foongus are quite good into your team as they are hard for your team to kill. Note that as you make changes. You could always at a Gothita! That's a cool Pokemon.

I will leave some of my thoughts here.
So, the team is really interesting and i really like the idea of Zorua + Grookey core, so i will make a few changes based on that.
I saw that Foongus is really annoying against your team, so i placed Gothita sleep talk to leading with that and getting more space for your late game Grookey.
SR are going to do a huge help right here with common answers to Grookey like Vullaby, Sandshrew-A and Tinkatink.
About Teras:
Fairy on Zorua-H is the best atm, since it can deal with mons like Mienfoo and Vullaby very easily;
Grass on Grookey to gain acess to Tera + STAB + Grassy Terrain Grassy Glide;
Steel on Slow Mienfoo to deal better against setup-sweepers like Shell Smash Shellder and Nasty Plot Vullaby;
Ghost on Vullaby, really standard but u can change it to electric or even ground if u want, both are great option;
Psychic on Gothita if u need some extra BP to kill some bulky mons like slow Mienfoo, both Tera Foongus and Mareanie;
Water on Mudbray to deal well against Sandshrew-a,Chinchou and Shell Smash Shellder
About Sets:
Since Zorua-H is running wow, i think it deserves some EVs investment in Def,SpD and HP, since we are using Grassy Terrain.
Its essential running Max Spe in Grookey, outspeeding pokemons like Vullaby +0, Glimmet +0 and Growlithe-H +0.
I cant see a lot of reasons to use Fast Mienfoo in this team, since we have Grassy Terrain and 17 Speed mons. Also, bulky Mienfoo makes more use from the Grassy Terrain then the fast itself.
We using standard Vullaby, but its on you to change to some NP or even SpD Bulky Vullaby, both are really good in this team.
I choose Sleep Talk + Psychic only in Gothita because i do think its the best option, since we want to get rid of defensive mons like Foongus and Mareanie, making a guaranteed kill or even forcing a Tera. You can also use the Standard set, it works well here too.
By last, Bulky Mudbray to setup Stealth Rocks, that are very useful on this team.
