Scyther ain't a problem. He needs Hidden Power for some good STAB and barely has any other good physical moves otherwise. Gligar counters it fairly easily, any Quick Attacker shuts down the most popular Reversal version, Golem beats any non-Reversalers (and Sub/Reversal too with Rock Blast), and so does Aggron kinda except without Rock Blast.
