Haxorus was UU last gen, and is not getting an analysis yet. There's other, better dragons or set up sweepers available right now.

After some testing on my own end and with some convincing arguments, I have allowed Vertex to reserve Talonflame.

I have a couple of questions.

- How long does an analysis have to be inactive before someone can take over said analysis from someone?
- If one was to take over an analysis, could they take the QC checks and the analysis progress with them?

No opinion on Smeargle yet, though I'll discuss it more with QC.

In the meantime, Omastar is back up for reservation. If someone has more experience with it I would prefer they take it, but will yield if someone has used rain extensively and used the set that will be for the analysis.
