Oh, Eggs! Eggs are very special this generation, due to the widespread use of the "Shiny Value" method to hatch perfect shiny Pokemon. All of these eggs come with their shiny value, meaning that if you can find the right person, they can hatch it Shiny just for you!
After trading me for an egg I ask that you crack it open and ensure that the contents are as advertised, and then soft reset to return it to its egg state. I will not accept anyone trying to return Eggs weeks after the fact. Having said that, I have never given anyone the wrong egg before, as I am meticulous in how I order my boxes.
