SunStream: An ubers team in-the-works

Dialga @ Lum Berry
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/120 Spd/56 SAtk/80 SDef
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Thunder Wave
- Substitute
- Stealth Rock

This has been my anti-starter for the longest time now, as it has rarely(if ever) let me down. It can take two Water Spouts from Modest Kyogre, assuming no other boost. Darkrai and Deoxys-a fail in misery as I Thunder Wave them and proceed to set up. Either I kill the opposing starter, make it switch, or set up a Stealth Rock. The only case in which it doesn't always happen is Groudon.

Garchomp (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
- Fire Fang

She's only been uber for a short time, but she's there and ready to rip apart underestimating opponents. Outrage over Dragon Claw for the extra power needed to OHKO Lugia after SR without having to resort to Stone Edge. It's also fabulous at breaking defensive teams that run Giratina and Groudon. Fire Fang is used to take advantage of the Sun, which enables Garchomp to hit Scizor, Forretress, and Bronzong, who has for some reason gotten popular.

Tyranitar (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 240 HP/40 Atk/12 Spd/216 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Earthquake
- Pursuit

Really standard Uber CB Tar spread. It survives a helluva lot of Sp. Attacks, thanks to the Sand Stream boost, and a nice Mewtwo killer in general. The set overall rounds itself out perfectly, as it helps remove the annoying Lati@s that can destroy this team when played correctly.

Groudon @ Leftovers
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 HP/156 Atk/32 Def/8 Spd/60 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Swords Dance
- Toxic

Basically, a sweeping Groudon that tries to wear down its own counters with Toxic. I'm not great with EVs and I wanted it to be fairly bulky and powerful, so I just stole the spread from the supporting set.

Heatran (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 Atk/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Flamethrower
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Explosion

The team's revenge-killer and Blissey bait so that Latios can attempt a sweep. It can also deal a lot of damage with dual STABed Flamethrowers. Hidden Power [Ice] was chosen for it's ablity to hit 4x weak against certain dragons.

Latios (M) @ Soul Dew
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Fire]

After all the physical bulk on the opponent's team has been worn down, ths guy trys to come in for a sweep. Only Heatran really walls this set and truth be told, he's not anything serious for my team.

Oh that's great, my team is just like this with a Garchomp centered sweep, although I sometimes use Tangrowth to take out opposing Groudens. Nice team.
