I know I'm quite a new player but I've been lurking for some time, and I think I understand most of the basics of the game. Before I sign up, I want to know how you guys chat with each other. Do you chat on IRC or Pm or so?

Most of us use IRC. It is the easiest way to get in touch with your team (whether mafia or village) so we highly recommend using IRC.
