Wow wolt, not to butt in or anything but why are you being so rude to Maku?

He has been nice to everyone here, why are you so hostile?
 
No problem. I ended up playing with Mr.E and YoshiKing
Oh and Mr.E: Your ROB is deadly... I was horribly raped by him.
 
Haha Firestorm don't worry about it, it's not that you're bad or anything because both your Toon Link and Metaknight are frightful; I've just played them a lot so I know what to expect, you know? If it helps at all, try spamming Metaknight's Downsmash more... most of the Metaknights I play are able to get their kills with it around 130% depending on the stage. Plus, it's nigh-lagless, so you're not really hurting yourself by using it ;D
 
Haha oh man I'm really sorry :( I had hoped you wouldn't take it personally but I had been playing Mr. E for about half an hour... and yeah, to be honest I just wasn't in the mood for an FFA, I've been doing a lot of them today. That's not to say I dislike them, but yeah... just wasn't feelin' it.

I liked your new main, by the way! Very nice work with the character.

I'm not being rude, I just played horribly, it may be good showmanship to say good game, but at the current state of things it was anything but on my part. He, did play a good game, a great one, I on the other hand, don't like to be told that after such brutally repulsive playing. Its like saying good game even though you won 6-0 on shoddy...I really don't like it. Since when do you use Lucas anyways?
 
Ah screw it, I doesn't matter if my opponent knows my main.

Anyway Dark War Cloud and I were going through the whole roster, 2 stocks per character. At Olimar I almost lost... it was all down to whoever got a smash or fair in first.

Needless to say that sucks when your main almost loses to someone who just picked the character up.

Then we finally reached Lucas... my first time eve using the guy, and I 2 stock DWC. DWC usually raped me with every character excpet a select few, but I managed to 2 stock him with Lucas. Apparently I played a naturally good Lucas. So I decided to pick him up as my main.

Also if you guys noticed, sometimes I was jumping REALLY high. Thats called the zap jump. I can't do it that well yet, but if I can master it it will become a nice form of recovery.
 
Some good matches. I need to start playing more often. I am below average with every character other than zelda. But you have plenty of good characters. It was fun battling you.

hehe. so are you still playing olimar too?

Great matches TMNT, luigi and bowser turned out a lot better than I thought they would (kinda random pick, but I ran with it). Christ, your zelda is hard to play.
 
I play Olimar as my second now. I guess I will use him if my opponent is giving Lucas a hell of a lot of trouble.

On a side note: Best part about Lucas is that Zelda and her Dins Fire no longer bother me :)
She is forced to come close to me and I can keep her away with Grabs, Smashes, and PK Fire... so she cant come near me, nor can she camp with Dins Fire...
 
Yeah, you were messing around with the Zap Jump earlier when we were battling. I tried it out a while ago after seeing it on Smashboards. Pretty neat that you took to him so easily.

Looking to face new people tomorrow. I'm going to bed now, but G&W needs some serious weekend training. Anyone good willing to help me improve?

Anyway GW has always been hard for me to play. What is that throw you use that puts me right into your D-smash? Also is there any way around it?

Also on a side note: I need to stop using U-smash with Lucas. It is a force of habit from Olimar... it's so punishable

Actually, Epic told me that I should try to fight you one of these days to see what a good Snake looked like (as I've never seen one before in my life). I can take you on now if you still want.

Make me a believer in Snake.
