*Fairy, Physical, 85 BP, 10 PP | High critical hit ratio.
Other Moves: Sirfetch'd moves, Rapidash-Galar moves
Overview: Primarily a physical attacker, with its lack of special Fighting-type moves holding back its mixed potential.

Pokémon: Ruby Rose
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos Expanded

Mod of Origin: Solomod A Golden Experience
Effect: The holder deals 1.2* damage but cannot use the same move twice in a row.

Pokémon: Zacian
Mod of Origin: Alternatium
Stats: 85 HP / 112 Atk / 85 Def / 70 SpA / 85 SpD / 108 Spe | BST: 545

Ability: Misty Surge
Movepool Additions: Spikes, Moonlight, Behemoth Blade*, U-turn
*Gains a high critical hit ratio

Balanced statline allows it to serve as a strong Swords Dance breaker. Misty Surge also stops it from being crippled by all manners of status inflicting elements in the meta.

Pokemon: Cramorant
Mod of Origin: Mad Chemists
Stats: 95/75/75/75/125/95 (BST: 540)

Abilities: Gulp Missile
Movepool Changes: +Flip Turn, Toxic, Taunt, Beak Blast, Knock Off

Annoying ass Pokemon to face, between Beak Blast Scald and Gulp Missile.

Pokemon: Tangrowth-Ancient
Mod of Origin: Paleomons
Stats: 100 HP / 105 Atk / 75 Def / 90 SpA / 115 SpD / 50 Spe

Abilities: Mold Breaker / Grass Pelt | Absorption*
*Absorption: If there is a terrain active, ends the terrain and heals this Pokemon for 12.5% of its max HP. This Pokemon gains an immunity to the type of any terrain it removes in this way until it switches out.

New Moves: Heat Wave, Fire Blast, Fire Lash, Flamethrower, Ember, Will-o-Wisp, Sunny Day

Weird defensive Pokémon designed to screw over Terrain Spam. Fire Grass has access to a few notable resistances so this Pokémon can most likely take advantage of them and spread status + item removal.

Item: E-Tank
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos
Effect: If and only if the holder is Steel-type, whenever the user's HP falls below 50%, the item will be consumed and restores 33% of the user's max HP. Otherwise the item does nothing when the user's HP falls below half. (80 HP Fling)
Overview: Is this a Black Sludge for Steel-types? Well yes, but actually no. Instead of a Leftovers effect, it has a Sitrus Berry-like effect, which has more potential in a Doubles format like VGC or DOU than a Singles-based format, but that notion might lead to some creative use for the item for more galaxy-brained players. If a Belly Drum user that happens to have the Steel-type ever comes around, this is a strictly superior choice over a mere Sitrus Berry, and does not require the user to have a niche Ability like Gluttony like Figy Berry and its variants

Congrats to the winners, and sorry for the very long delay! A note, we will be unbanning Mega Bisharp and Mega Kokovoir! Consider it an unofficial suspect test. With the metagame almost complete, I'd like to see how they'd operate in a meta like this. I'll post the final slate soon!

Release the (Vol)BEAST!

Pokémon: Volbeast
Mod of Origin: [Gen 8] MonoThreat ReBalanced
Stats: 100 HP / 148 Atk / 130 Def / 82 SpA / 100 SpD / 40 Spe (600 BST)

Abilities: Illuminate / Mold Breaker | Persistence*
Custom Ability: Persistence (Flinch immunity; if hit by a move capable of flinching, the wielder’s Attack is increased by one stage)
Notable Moves: Light Twist*, First Impression, Hardlight Punch*, Flare Blitz, Forceful Hug*, Clobber Tackle*, Crunch, Knock Off, Fire Punch, Hammer Arm*, Pursuit, Power Trip, Earthquake*, Drain Punch, Brick Break*, Lunge, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Bulk Up, Swords Dance, Zen Headbutt, Trick, Roost, Thunder Wave, Defog, Struggle Bug, Taunt
(All modification of old moves are marked as Movename-MTRB; anything not mentioned about the old moves remained unchanged for this Pokémon)
  • Light Twist: Bug-type, Physical, 8 PP, 60 BP, 85% Accuracy, hit twice, hit Steel-type super-effectively.
  • Hardlight Punch: Figthing-type, Physical, 16 PP, 80 BP, 100% accuracy, calculate on opponent’s Special Defense, fist-based, does not make contact unlike most physical moves.
  • Earthquake-MTRB: 20% recoil damage if there’s only one target.
  • Forceful Hug: Fairy-type, Physical, 8 PP, 120 BP, 90% accuracy, reduce user’s and target’s Speed by one stage.
  • Clobber Tackle: Rock-type, Physical, 16 PP, 80 BP, 100% accuracy, if user move last, BP becomes 120.
  • Brick Break-MTRB: 85 Base Power
  • Close Combat-MTRB: 100 Base Power
  • Hammer Arm-MTRB: 120 Base Power
Other Moves: Volbeat moves, including Tail Glow, but not Toxic; Close Combat*, Rock Slide, Stomping Tantrum, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Torment, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Dark Pulse
Overview: Very slow, but very hard-hitting pseudo-legend-styled evolution of Volbeat that can be a physical wallbreaker, a physical / mixed wall, or even a surprise special wallbreaker via Tail Glow. It also hold a lot of powerful coverage such as Flare Blitz, Clobber Tackle, Forceful Hug, Hammer Arm and Earthquake. Light Twist allows it to get around Steel-type if Fire Punch isn’t strong enough for you or if Flare Blitz’s recoil is too combersome. Roost and Drain Punch will help it’s longevity either as a physical wallbreaker or a wall.

Pokémon: Saphor
Mod of Origin: Scootopia
Stats: 95 HP / 100 Atk / 105 Def / 100 SpA / 105 SpD / 95 Spe (600 BST) | Weight: 638 kg

Abilities: Thick Fat | Crystal Heart (Banned)
Notable Moves:
Physical: Headlong Rush, Earthquake, Double Edge, Body Slam, Stone Edge, Superpower, Horn Leech, Heavy Slam,
Special: Earth Power, Tri-Attack, Focus Blast, Meteor Beam, Giga Drain, Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Psychic
Status: Calm Mind, Bulk Up, Stealth Rock, Roar
Reasoning: A bulky tank with good coverage and useful Ground STAB. It's not exactly Great Tusk but I think it can get the job done. Offensive sets probably play more to its strengths in this meta. Headlong Rush helps a lot for Choice Band sets, and SubCM sets can surprise many pokemon who would want to take on CB. The typing and stats let it 1v1 a good number of attackers as well. There are enough faster Water and Fighting types, as well as levitating or Ground resistant walls like Beetilient to give this pokemon a hard time, but I think it can find good matchups and work well on the right team.
Pokemon: Excadrill-Hisui
MoO: Evolution Project
Stats: 110/135/60/50/65/88 (BST: 508)
Type: Ground/Normal
Abilities: Centrifuge / Sand Force (H: Technician)
Centrifuge - Pulls Ground-type moves into the user to raise its Att by 1. Ground immunity.
Movepool Changes: Gains Feint, Knock Off
Looses Hone Claws, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Metal Claw, Metal Sound, Rock Slide, Steel Beam, Swords Dance
Description: Excadrill but strange (he's a cool guy though).
Pokémon: Hasstral
MoO: Branched Potential V2 [Gen 8]
Stats: 107/130/105/46/73/49 [BST:500]

Abilities: Magician/Anticipation/Magic Bounce(HA)
Notable Moves: Shadow Claw, Phantom Force, Shadow Sneak, Psycho Cut, Power Whip, Nuzzle
Overview: A physical Hatterene with a decent STAB combo.

Pokemon: Gumshoos
MoO: Clean Slate 2
Stats: 100/140/90/75/110/85 [BST:600]
Abilities: Stakeout/Adaptability(HA)

Notable Moves: Earthquake, Body Slam, Bulk Up, Slack Off, Crunch, Wild Charge, Dig, Psychic Fangs, Elemental Punches
Overview: A more powerful Gumshoos that retains some of its amazing abilities

Name: Tripod Drill
Mod of Origin: Book of Enigmas
Stats: 65 HP / 107 Atk / 95 Def / 61 SpA / 109 SpD / 133 Spe | BST: 570
Ability: Cleansing Fire

New Moves: Dodrio's Movepool + Hyper Drill, Drill Run, Earthquake, High Horsepower, U-turn, Axe Kick, Stealth Rock, Court Change, Rapid Spin, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Smack Down, Triple Kick, Agility
Signature Move: Triple Drill - Ground | 20 BP | 10 PP | 90% Acc | Physical | Hits three times. Each hit increases in BP by 20, but they have separate accuracy checks.
Removed Moves: Knock Off, All Flying type moves sans Drill Peck, Swords Dance
Description: Tripod Drill goes off as a fast paced offensive pivot or late game cleaner, one that applies big pressure with Triple Drill, but doesn't have much ways to punch holes into Ground resists. It usually goes along with pivoting around it's checks with U-turn. Fast Court Change is also potentially useful as well.

And with that, we will now begin the opening of votes. Please vote for your favourite 3 subs of each type, one last time!
