"You ever Google the word "mole"[?] Three million entries. Not on how to care for 'em, or love 'em, or pet 'em. NO! Three million entries on how to exterminate them! …now it's my turn to do a little pest control. If you'll excuse me... it's showtime."

Pokémon: Cosmole
Mod of Origin: Stereotypes
Stats: 95/80/95/100/110/85 (BST: 565)
Type:
Abilities: Anticipation / Tough Claws (HA: Prism Armor)
Notable moves:
: Drill Run, Dig, Bulldoze, Earthquake, Fissure, Zen Headbutt, U-turn, Fire Punch, Cross Chop, Triple Kick, Snap Trap, Shadow Punch, Rapid Spin, Rock Slide, Stone Edge
: Earth Power, Mud Shot, Mud-Slap, Scorching Sands, Eerie Spell, Psyshock, Luster Purge, Stored Power, Spacial Rend, Moonblast, Shadow Ball, Shock Wave, Charge Beam, Grass Knot, Ancient Power, Power Gem, Meteor Beam
: Spikes, Amnesia, Rest, Light Screen, Reflect, Teleport, Calm Mind, Cosmic Power, Magic Coat, Rock Polish, Sleep Talk, Stealth Rock, Tar Shot, Wide Guard
Description: A high BST of 565 and strong abilities in Prism Armor and Tough Claws are strengths of the star-nosed mole. It can use various sets to its advantage, notably the Power Herb + Meteor Beam combo. It can attempt cleaning up weakened teams with Rock Polish or build its defenses with Cosmic Power, however it hates being critically hit. Tough Claws gives its physical STAB moves actual usage and can be combined with Choice Band/Choice Scarf for more power or Rock Polish to start cleanup duty. It has quite the trouble with Shaymin due to how powerful the Mythical's Seed Flares are and Fire Punch is really its only option to get rid of Grass-types like it. Even then, its 85 Speed means those same Grass-type threats are very likely to go before it. Its strong 565 BST is marred due to the Arcanine dilemma it has; none of its base stats are either too bad or too great, leaving it weaker in various situations than others that could do its jobs better.
"Mother gave me these little lambs. They're cute, yeah? Huh? They're scorching hot? Of course they are! Be careful! You have to put on oven mittens before touching them!"
Pokémon: Eyjafjalla
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos
Stats: 83/80/50/114/100/69 (BST: 496)
Type:
Abilities: Magma Armor (HA: Soundproof)
Notable moves:
: Flame Charge, Retaliate, Last Resort, Payback, Solar Blade
: Swift, Weather Ball, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Eruption, Overheat, Lava Plume, Mystical Fire, Shadow Ball, Solar Beam, Earth Power, Psychic, Psyshock, Stored Power
: Morning Sun, Nature Power, Will-O-Wisp, Memento, Confuse Ray, Cotton Guard, Light Screen, Teleport, Calm Mind, Imprison, Stealth Rock
Signature move:
Magma Duetto –
–
– N/A – 20 PP – N/A – Raises user's Sp. Atk and Speed by 1 stage each. Burns the user if the user is not a Fire-type or is not immune to burns.
Description: Eyjafjalla distances herself from the rest of the flock of mons with the same type as her via usage of the powerful Fire-type moves she can use. Eruption employs destructive power and Lava Plume can deter foes with its 30% burn chance. With Calm Mind and her signature move Magma Duetto, she can attempt to increase her already good special stats even further or sweep teams. Soundproof is a marvelous answer to the Boomburst (and a side of Hyper Voice) niche seen and exemplified in Exploud-Meow, allowing her to shut down those loud and noisy mons and force them to think about different options. Her ability to carry Ground and Psychic coverage with her Fire-type STAB moves allows her near-perfect neutral coverage against everything. Teleport makes her an interesting slow and defensive pivot and Morning Sun gives her reliable recovery to make sure her Eruptions are close to 150 BP as much as possible.
