[SET COMMENTS]

Boasting excellent defenses and a plethora of utility moves, Umbreon finds itself a niche in providing bulky support along with Inner Focus ignoring the ever so common Fake Out from the likes of Incineroar and Rillaboom. Access to Foul Play allows Umbreon to tackle physical threats such as Calyrex-I as well as threatening Calyrex-S with a huge amount of damage. Snarl helps tremendously against special attackers like Terapagos, Calyrex-S, and Lunala, dealing a decent chunk of damage to the latter two. Helping Hand can also be used in this slot to further boost the team's offensive pressure to help secure KOs, such as Helping Hand-boosted Tera Fairy Zacian-C OHKOing Incineroar with Play Rough. Yawn is Umbreon's primary means of disruption, forcing the opponent to keep switching their Pokemon to prevent them from being put to sleep, while Taunt helps shut down opposing support Pokemon like Amoonguss or any Trick Room setters such as Farigiraf and Calyrex-I. Moonlight, on the other hand, increases Umbreon's longevity on the field and is especially useful in sun teams. Safety Goggles gives it a much needed immunity to Amoonguss, which can otherwise completely shut down Umbreon with Spore and Rage Powder. The EV spread allows Umbreon to survive a Collision Course from Koraidon outside weather, a Tera Fairy Moonblast from Flutter Mane, and prevents the 2HKO from a rain-boosted Weather Ball and Thunderbolt from Pelipper and a Special Attack Booster Energy Raging Bolt, respectively. Tera Water is an excellent defensive Tera type, further bolstering Umbreon against Calyrex-I, Kyogre, and Urshifu-R. On the other hand, Tera Poison provides a resistance to Fairy and Fighting-type moves such as Flutter Mane's Moonblast, Koraidon's Collision Course, and Urshifu's Close Combat.

Despite its longevity and disruptive options, Umbreon provides little to no offensive pressure most of the time. Pokemon like Zacian-C, Zamazenta-C, Koraidon, and the Urshifu formes instantly threaten Umbreon with their STAB moves, while faster Taunt users such as Incineroar and Flutter Mane shut down its support options. Umbreon pairs well with offensive Pokemon such as Zacian-C and Koraidon that can handle the aforementioned threats and take advantage of its Yawn pressure, with the latter setting up sun to maximize the healing provided by Moonlight. Rillaboom partners well with Umbreon because it functions as a Kyogre and Urshifu-R check while providing Grassy Terrain recovery and positioning through its U-turn. Meanwhile, Urshifu-R compliments Umbreon's support role by providing solid offensive pressure by pinning opponents with Surging Strikes, OHKOing Incineroar and Flutter Mane with the move.

Boasting excellent defenses and a plethora of utility moves, Umbreon finds itself a niche in providing bulky support in the form of Inner Focus (why is Inner Focus good, mention the plethora of Fake Out in the format and set up) and Yawn to constantly pressure the opponent. Access to Foul Play allows Umbreon to tackle physical threats such as Calyrex-I, as well as threaten Calyrex-S with an OHKO. Snarl helps tremendously against set up Pokemon like Terapagos, Calyrex-S and Lunala while dealing a decent chunk of damage to the latter. Boasting excellent defenses and a plethora of utility moves, Umbreon finds itself a niche in providing bulky support in the form of Inner Focus ignoring the ever so common Fake Outs and Yawn to constantly pressure the opponent (This kind of reads as Inner Focus ignoring Yawn, maybe add something like "as well as having Yawn to"). Access to Foul Play allows Umbreon to tackle physical threats such as Calyrex-I, as well as threaten Calyrex-S with an OHKO. Snarl helps tremendously against set up Pokemon like (Doesn't it also help into non-setup variants?)Terapagos, Calyrex-S and Lunala while dealing a decent chunk of damage to the latter. Boasting excellent defenses and a plethora of utility moves, Umbreon finds itself a niche in providing bulky support in the form of Inner Focus ignoring the ever so common Fake Outs and Yawn to constantly pressure the opponent (You've already pointed out its plethora of utility, and Yawn by itself a few sentences later. This also does make it sound like Inner Focus helps with Yawn.). Access to Foul Play allows Umbreon to tackle physical threats such as Calyrex-I, as well as threaten uninvested Calyrex-S with an potential OHKO (This is weird in general, because uninvested Caly are usually Focus Sash, dropping the OHKO idea in general might be better.). Snarl helps tremendously against set up Pokemon Special Attackers like Terapagos, Calyrex-S and Lunala while dealing a decent chunk of damage to the latter two. (Works on non set up Pokemon, suggests that it strictly chunks Lunala.) Yawn is Umbreon's primary means of disruption, forcing the opponent to keep switching their Pokemon to prevent them from being put to sleep, while Taunt helps shut down opposing support Pokemon like Amoonguss, or any Trick Room setters such as Farigiraf and Calyrex-I. Meanwhile, Urshifu-R compliments Umbreon's support role by providing solid offensive pressure by pinning opponents with Surging Strikes, as well as OHKOing Incineroar and Flutter Mane and Calyrex-S. (This doesn't matter for Umbreon, and bulky Caly-S eats Tera Water Surging Strikes.)
