All standard Smogon tournament rules apply. Since this is a team tour I do feel it necessary to emphasize the fact that ghosting is illegal, and will result in your team's immediate disqualification. I will also mention now that posting replays is required if you want a winpost to be valid. If no replay is saved, the game will be invalid. No exceptions.

SV CAP Cyclohm Cup
Howdy CAPers, and welcome to the SV CAP Cyclohm Cup! The premise of the tour is very simple: users sign up in groups of three or as a free agent. Free agents may later be assigned to teams or grouped together to form new teams. Each team will play others in a round-robin format, then depending on the number of participants the top 2 or 4 teams will play each other in a single-elimination format. Each game will be a best of one in the SV CAP format. The team that wins 2 out of 3 wins the week. A sample matchup would look like this:
