What's Pokebilities BH?
Pokebilities BH is a mashup between Balanced Hackmons and Pokebilities! Pokemon's Ability, movepool, and EV restrictions are removed while having all their native Abilities active at once.

How do I play?
Pokebilities BH can be played on the main PS server with the following codes. Tours are primarily set in the OM Mashups room.

I wrote way too much for a won ggs post so I’m moving the yap here, if it’s unwanted I can totally delete and put it somewhere more appropriate. There’s a lot of rambling because I’m really tired right now, apologies.

Because I told myself this tour I wasn’t gonna reload and then reloaded I’m actually leaking both these teams to keep my building active. Fortunately I liked both of them so it’s not that bad.

https://pokepast.es/dbdc8926e7b16b09

GhastlyPixie this is what I was talking about when I said something funny would be related to fireceus and ho-oh. Basically the idea is that heatran runs levi a lot so I was going to run fist plate to cteam that but then I remembered that stone plate selfproof, kind of hits it, and also nukes ho-oh into the dust (don’t calc this, I’m just right). Fireceus is also a good spinner and puts a lot of pressure on certain things to come in and get poisoned like ting-lu. You super struggle with clodsire though so gliscor shuts it down really easily aside from letting it spin and gholdengo not only improofs in a pinch but also is broken (more on that later) and only takes ruin. Gliscor is a progress machine with setup, knock, hazards, and a nuclear stab move which makes it really annoying to fight. Because of this we have not one but two levitate Pokémon that are reasonably good at beating it, both can clear boosts and remove hazards. Clodsire is rocky helmet so I don’t repeat game one week one while toxapex is AV to provide a regenvest user. Levitate also does things outside of goobing the bat because with an mg fireceus, a pheal, and two Levi guys, one of whom is also regen the other resisting rocks we have a cool superman core that has basically everything except rocks and spinblocking. Fortunately gholdengo is broken so you can run stone axe and it’s good for some reason, also it hardproofs fireceus down to blocking sap and also spinblocks ho-oh. The final member of the team is Deoxys. This coverage is amazingly broken in the meta right now, diamond storm nails ho-oh in both games, ice beam kills gliscor (and you’re faster than +1!), luster purge has a roll to 2hko arc (game 3 :skull:) and nukes poisons although ground move can be subbed ala rockceus w1 and combat torque demolishes steels and darks but usually only 2hkos. Please do not combat torque a ting-lu. Improofing is easy enough to figure out and gholdengo, deoxys, fireceus, ultra necrozma, rockceus, and some more guys who will be mentioned in team two should be ranked. I’m open to a different team name or a naming scheme if anyone wants.

https://pokepast.es/13d4c5b37a759373 holy shit is that blatant cheese? And Blaziken? Wait they’re same thing though.

So this is the cheese HO from game two. It’s an interesting structure in that your defensive core is destiny bond, yveltal, eternatus, and lunala’s shadow shield. The way this is made up for is by basically shattering every spdef guy in the meta right now except ting-lu and scales arc by pressing psystrike/judge really hard and then pressing gambit on those guys. Ho-Oh, clodsire, etc all detest psystrike and the psystrike guys hate your coverage. Funny story is I was intending to go secret sword on necrozma pregame to damage ting-lu more but I totally forgot and ended up walled by heatran lmao. Camerupt set is because I totally ran dual stabs bond webs last week forgetting it was devoured by ho-oh and wanted to lure it this week (it didn’t come). Diamond storm also hurts heatran so that’s fun! Doesnt do a lot but man, built in sheer force life orb is really good #rankthecamel. Because etern and yveltal are mostly standard it’s time for the final truth nuke which is this Blaziken set. It looks kinda mid because it’s jolly for some reason? And also kinda walled by eternatus? But then you run the calcs and hold up, it actually has a 50% roll to OHKO eternatus and needs jolly to outrun it at +1, and +2 jolly chicken is about as strong as +1 mega chicken so it’s not that bad. Blaze is also a hilarious ability because you get chipped pretty easily which enables bullshit like +2 252 Atk Life Orb Blaze Blaziken V-create vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro-Mega in Harsh Sunshine: 381-448 (96.7 - 113.7%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO and doing 125 minimum to neutral fc Arceus. Basically Blaziken requires positioning but the reward is a nuclear bomb that’s only getting faster and is impossible to sap due to growth outboosting and also has a pretty decent defensive typing due to water immune. Totally a b rank Pokémon especially considering its even pretty resilient to the more common prio like metagross bullet punch (252+ Atk Choice Band Tough Claws Metagross-Mega with an ally's Steely Spirit Bullet Punch vs. -2 252 HP / 252 Def Blaziken: 225-265 (61.8 - 72.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO).

Anyways the yap is over, the teams are cool, rank Camerupt Blaziken Unec Deo Rock/Fireceus Lunala and Gholdengo.

After playing and building more recently, along with asking other members of the community, I've got a bunch of mons I would like to nom to the VR in some fashion.

:Hydrapple: Hydrapple -> B tier. Regen is always a nice ability, and Sticky Hold means you don't have to fear knock, so you're a regenvest that can also knock absorb, and Hydrapple is nice with Magic Guard+Vest, and probably also with Shadow Shield+Boots, though I'm not certain on that one.

:Raikou: Raikou -> B tier. Similar reasons to why it works in regular BH, it's a good Scales mon that can 1v1 TH TCage mons, but now you have Pressure to burn through their moves faster. Some form of pressure stall is probably viable if anyone wants to build that.

:Alomomola: Alomomola -> B tier. Regen is very good, and while I've only used Drizzle at the moment, it isn't hard to imagine things like an Intimidate Wish-Passer set being useful, and Drizzle lets Alomomola sponge status for the team, while also making it harder for sun/sand teams to keep weather up vs you.

:Tyranitar-Mega: Tyranitar-Mega -> A- tier. Deceptively bulky mon, with Scales sets being able to shrug off an immense amount of damage in sand, or Regen sets being able to use Sand Stream over Assault Vest to free up the item slot for things like Smooth Rock, Leftovers, Covert Cloak, or Heavy-Duty Boots. It is also a good check to Ho-Oh, assuming that Ho-Oh doesn't tech on coverage for it, because Knock threatens non-MG Ho-Oh sets with taking large amounts of chip every time they come in, while also threatening to heavily cut into the bulk of MG Vest Ho-Oh. This, combined with resisting both of Ho-Oh's STABs, and having a strong STAB SE Stone Axe, makes Tyranitar-Mega a very solid check for Ho-Oh. You do also have the added benefit of being able to counter sun teams pretty hard, and having sand-boosted Shore Up to regain large amounts of HP, and being able to set sand for the rest of your team to benefit from. Combine that with it not being hard to stack pokemon that are immune to sand chip, like Gliscor, Desolate Land/Magic Guard Ho-Oh, Swampert-Mega, Bronzong, Arceus-Ground, etc, and Tyranitar-Mega is a surprisingly good defensive mon that is not passive.

:Darmanitan-Galar: Darmanitan-Galar -> B+/B tier. GDarm is one of the hardest hitting pokemon in the tier, but is held back by a few things that prevent me from nominating it to be any higher than B+/B. Its middling speed tier and fragility can make it hard to make full usage of, as does the amount of usage Bronzong sees, but it still is capable of 1-2HKOing any defensive mon with the right move. The biggest issue I have with it is that it takes a good deal of support to use effectively, with the harder-hitting SoR sets requiring good hazard removal, but the MG sets requiring other ways to force progress on defensive pokemon. Despite these flaws, I still feel it is a solid threat, especially as hazard support is not terribly hard to fit. Aerilate Rapid Spin Gliscor is one of the best pokemon in the tier, and other good pokemon like Regenerator Mega Altaria and Magic Guard Mega Salamence can easily fit Rapid Spin to provide hazard removal, and Magic Bounce is an already good ability on the likes of most any fat Dragon-type or physical threat.

:Arceus-Steel::Metal Coat: Arceus-Steel to B+ tier. Arceus-Steel is a pretty good pokemon in regular BH, and while that mostly holds true in PokeBH, there are some factors that make it not as good as you'd expect. Ho-Oh and Gliscor both being common makes life much more difficult for Arceus, it still can make use of sets like mixed Magic Guard to good effect.

:Arceus-Rock::Hard Stone: Arceus-Rock to B tier. This might sound insane, but I think Arceus-Rock is actually a fairly solid offensive threat at the moment. Levitate lets you check Gliscor pretty reliably, and Rock Judgment is actually a pretty good offensive move in a meta so dominated by Ho-Oh. Rocky Payload NP 3a probably also has promise, and will be explored, but there's nothing else really to say about this, other than that Arceus-Rock is surprisingly good.

:Chien-Pao: Chien-Pao to A-/B+ tier. Chien-Pao is one of the fastest mons in the meta, at 135 speed, and this combined with built-in SoR makes it very effective at running things like Refrigerate Population Bomb, while also having a surprisingly high damage output on Refrigerate Extreme Speed.

:Sableye-Mega: Sableye-Mega to B+ tier. Sableye-Mega is a fairly bulky pokemon with only one weakness, but its real stand-out qualities are its built-in Magic Bounce, and its immunity to trapping effects. These two combine to make it a very effective Scales mon that can come in on Thunder Cage, click utility moves against the opposing pokemon, deny Strength Sap, or even hazards, and then leave early. It is also good for improofing certain sets or pokemon, though that is a more niche usage. You can also use Levitate to hard-counter Facade+Ground move non-Aerilate Gliscor, which is a fairly important task.

:Yveltal: Yveltal to A-/B+ tier. It's Yveltal. It's got good stats, Dark Aura makes one of its STABs nice and juicy, it's got a bunch of versatility, whether you're MG, Aerilate, FurScales, etc. Good mon, good check to a lot of things, nothing else to say really.

:Volcanion: Volcanion to B tier. Good improof for a lot of stuff, immune to a lot of shit you'd throw at it, and versatile in ability and moves. Electric immunities can let it 1v1 most TCage Arcs, MG can let it fire off MGLO moves, etc. Also, important to note that it can hit Gliscor and Ho-Oh with strong STAB water moves.

:Kingambit: Dark/Steel is a good defensive type, and it has the potential to both be a potent offensive mon, with STAB Sunsteel/Gigaton, Defiant, and Supreme Overlord, a fairly bulky defensive mon that can still put pressure on, and can use Pressure to rapidly deplete opposing pp, a setup pokemon using Spirit Shackle and Victory Dance, or even an effective PrankBond pokemon, because it's slow, and it can hit fairly hard.

:Camerupt-Mega: Camerupt-Mega to B+ tier. It may be slow, but it hits like a truck with STAB SLFO moves, and Diamond Storm shreds any would-be Ho-Oh checks. It is also a good user of Prankster, with 4th moves like Destiny Bond or Sticky Web giving it surprising utility.

:Gholdengo: Gholdengo to B tier. It's a spinblocker with decent bulk, decent offensive stats, an immunity to status moves, and can fit on a bunch of different abilities. It could use Magic Guard, Levitate, Well-Baked Body, FurScales, Regen, or more. Overall, just good at denying hazard removal and can fit a lot of utility and bullshit.

:Garchomp-Mega: Garchomp-Mega to B/B- tier. Garchomp-Mega might not get a lot from Poke, but it's still a pretty bulky, very strong pokemon. On sand teams, it has a very strong STAB, and the ability to fit boosted coverage, but even on non-sand teams, it still hits hard. Overall, nothing really to say about this.

:Ferrothorn: Ferrothorn to B+. You can run a Well-Baked Body set that can improof a lot of mons, as well as make it annoying for Ho-Oh and many sun teams, or probably make a Regenvest set work. You can also run a Rough Skin+Rocky Helmet set that heavily punishes most moves Regenvests click, while also blocking one spin.

:Giratina-Origin: Giratina-Origin to B+ tier. Ground-immune spinblocker, Knock absorber, and a lot of flexibility in what it can run for its 2nd ability and for its moves.

:Banette-Mega: Banette-Mega to B+ tier. Prankster is one of the best abilities in the tier, because the amount of utility it can offer is unreal, and Banette-Mega has that, plus strong Ghost moves, the ability to self-proof, and can hit very hard with stuff like Sword of Ruin.

:Greninja-Ash: Greninja-Ash to B tier. It can do the standard MG/Sniper stuff it does in regular BH, or it can load Technician and slot in things like Beat Up, Water Shuriken, Triple Axel, Rock Blast, etc. It gets the version of Water Shuriken that always hits 3 times as well, so it's actually a pretty strong STAB priority move, especially if you pair it with rain.

:Empoleon: Empoleon to B/B- tier. It does the same sort of stuff that cityscapes uses it for in regular BH, but now it also has Competitive to hard punish Sap, and Torrent to make its last water move nuclear.

:Shaymin-Sky: Shaymin-Sky to C tier. Idk, kinda fast and has Serene Grace. Decent enough stats to probably do something.

:Lunala: Lunala to B- tier. It's fat, it's got Shadow Shield, and it can probably use a Scales set. Nothing much else to say.

:Abomasnow-Mega: Abomasnow-Mega to C tier. Prankster Aurora Veil is good, but man does Obama's typing suck ass. Nothing else to say really.

:Grimmsnarl: Grimmsnarl to C+ tier. Grimmsnarl's got a good typing, and can hard counter some Arceus-Ghost sets, and some Gliscor sets. Other than that, it has Prankster, which is very valuable, and can fit in a lot of bullshit.

After providing a lot of sets to ANinjaDude and then not getting credited for it, I got a bunch more mons that I would like to nom to the VR in some fashion.

:deoxys: -> B Tier

Deoxys doesn't really get anything valuable from this format, but the common special and physical walls have 4x weaknesses to sf boostable types, so sflo diamond storm ice beam combat torque luster purge is really cool.

:sceptile-mega: -> C tier

It's nuzzle immune now, as a tradeoff maero does your job but better and you need to coveragefish with hooh now. Probably improofs some flip turn nuzzle mortal + 1 regenvest or something.

:fezandipiti: -> C+ tier

very nice typing and it gets pixilate technician population bomb with toxic chain which is a very fun move to click (+1 252+ Atk Fezandipiti Population Bomb (10 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Fur Coat Arceus-Fairy: 160-210 (36 - 47.2%) -- approx. 96.7% chance to 2HKO after toxic damage) and it can also probably run some weirdo regenvest set or something that poisons things

:muk-alola: -> C tier

very nice typing and it gets poison touch knock off + rapid spin which is kind of irritating if you don't bring gliscor. Can probably cheese gliscor with simple vd or something.

:garchomp: -> B- to B+ tier

This mon is amazing on offense, it has just enough speed and HP to be an excellent gambit clicker, brilliant stabs, it does hazards really well because you hate removing on it, it's like ferrothorn but for teams where you can afford to sack it to blow up a ho-oh. doesn't kill Arceus with gambit though that sucks.

:necrozma-ultra: -> No idea (it should be ranked though)

It's obviously a viable mon. Neuroforce means you coverage fish even harder but if you do it well you get rewarded with calcs like

252 SpA Life Orb Neuroforce Necrozma-Ultra Steel Beam vs. 252 HP / 252 SpD Arceus-Fairy: 419-494 (94.3 - 111.2%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO
252 Atk Life Orb Sheer Force Necrozma-Ultra Axe Kick vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Ting-Lu: 432-510 (84 - 99.2%) -- 75% chance to OHKO after 1 layer of Spikes
252 SpA Life Orb Neuroforce Necrozma-Ultra Astral Barrage vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Bronzong: 331-393 (97.9 - 116.2%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO

and so on. Also, dragon's maw can kill ho-oh physically and Arceus specially.

:manaphy: -> C tier

Hydration + Primsea means you're a goated status absorber and can also run big REST to fullheal. Has access to a decent steam eruption and can therefore be cool on offense as an anchor. Shuts down knock rapid mortal blitz hooh for example.

:victini: -> C tier

Does the exact same thing it does in sv bh (has a cool typing) but also you hit v-create.

:blaziken: -> B tier

This is a much more serious nom. Speed Boost + Desoland + Growth means you can rapidly become a mixed nuclear bomb with a giant speed stat. +2 lorb edrift kills waterceus after rocks and +2 v-create kills fur coat arceus formes (usually) if you're adamant. You need to get rocks chip if jolly though, but jolly outspeeds Etern after 1 boost instead of 2. And since v-create is a roll to kill etern... anyways you can also run simple sd which can run adamant, kill waterceus with bolt strike and other ceus with v-create, get +2 speed, all at the downside of not having a defensive benefit and not being able to run mixed for Dozo. tc + sd can run edrift but sucks.

:venusaur-mega: -> C tier

Very nice typing with thick fat. does the same stuff it does in regular bh that it occasionally gets ranked for, but now it also beats ice beam + tc arceus. Regenvest probably exists because that typing is just so nice for checking stuff like flutter, th ceus, zama, malt, etc.

:lilligant-hisui: -> B tier

Desoland + Leaf Guard + Chloro + Hustle. V-create does a trillion percent to everything, you outspeed everything, and Flower Trick misses the roll on Waterceus but with hazard support you totally goob it. It's status immune, it can run mixed growth maybe (ass) and most importantly it just hits really hard while being really fast.

:necrozma-dusk-mane: -> C+ tier

really nice stats with prism armor makes it a solid regenvest, a great speed boost + growth sun abuser, ok with simple sunsteel, all sorts of sets enabled by high bst and prism armor being broken (this guy can eat a specs flutter moongiest or an ada lorb chomp's precipice)
