Calling act my opponent isnt responding
Objection! I did reply I just forgot to set another time cuz I'm busy. Moreso, I originally reccomended a time that was declined, but no opposing offer was made. Correct me if I'm wrong I could be completely morbing

I had recommeneded a time on sunday and it has been 3 days since u have replied u cud have told me u were busy but u ignored it
