Here are the administrative decisions for this round:

Vioz vs sheepie_sheep1 > act win granted because sheepie missed time (and then gave the win)
bnm vs rammus20xx > bnm only contacted rammus after the round deadline
Dark Pulse vs des121 > act win granted to Pulse since des missed time
Diodia vs Irpachuza > act win granted to Irpa (I should have dropped Diodia last week too, so that's my bad!)
El químico del pueblucho vs Mirbro > Duc was given the win
Perry vs betathunder > both players tried to schedule after we pinged them but they ultimately didn't reach an agreement on a day and a time, so there is no winner for this match
EDIT: After further discussions, we have decided to give the win to beta since he did put more effort into scheduling and gave a good enough availability on Sunday
