I know Swoobat is in PUBL, but I just used one to sweep in a random battle (against a Latias, Aromatisse, Appletun and the opponent's Swoobat) so I have an idea for a moveset:
Swoobat @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 SPA, 252 SPE, 4 HP
IVs: All max
Nature: Modest (+SPA, -ATK)
Moves:
- Calm Mind (to set up a sweep and get bulkier)
- Stored Power (STAB, gets 20 damage added on for every stat boost you have)
- Heat Wave (coverage, can burn)
- Roost (to heal)
Pretty much speaks for itself.
