Hey, so just looking at the Boomburst set, why isn't Heat Wave (without scrappy) in OO?
Yeah, i know spamming Boomburst without switching moves or having to use Brave Bird is great. On the other hand, though, heat wave's better against other steels and still pretty good against pawniard, and out of the used ghosts, only defensive frillish and occasionally drifloon can take a BB

Frillish can take two unfortunately. Also, Scarf Jelli/Gastly suck for you.
Still, most ghosts won't really switch into you anyhow until you've unveiled Heat Wave, at which point, it's probably done its job and smashed some steel that was supposed to check you (looking at u ferroseed). That's got to be worth at least OO, right?
