I've used this team for a good while, and it has been giving me great success. There are a small amount of pokemon that give me a hard time like RestTalk Curse Pert and basically any form of Cress, so I'm open to any suggestions. I've been considering using a Scizor to get rid of Cress quicker, and squeezing in a powerful grass move somewhere, but I need someone else's opinion. So, here is my team:
Metagross
Adamant @ Occa Berry
252 HP/226 Atk/12 Def/20 Spe
Stealth Rock
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Bullet Punch
Metagross is my lead, and is incredibly reliable. His Evs are pretty standard, except I added four EVs to speed so he can outspeed the majority of other Metagross leads. I'll usually use Earthquake first if I'm facing another Metagross to just mess with my opponent's head just a little bit. Then just Stealth Rock on the Switch expecting something like Rotom or Gyarados. If it's something like a Swampert, I just Stealth Rock, and get the heck out of there. I had Explosion on him for the longest time but it just didn't really seem to help him out much, and the other moveslots are better used with something else imo.
Latias
Timid @ Life Orb
252 SpA/4 Def/252 Spe
Draco Meteor
Surf
Thunderbolt
Recover
Latias is here to serve as a check to Infernape, and basically just break down physical walls in general. Draco Meteor is for insanely powerful STAB, and will nicely dent basically everything barring Blissey. Thunderbolt is to take out Gyarados and Suicune quickly before they set up, OHKOing the former, and 2HKOing the latter. Surf is for everything else. If I can nail Tyranitar on the switch, I believe it will 2HKO as long as they don't heavily invest in SpD, so I don't have to worry about pursuit. Scizor obviously gives her problems, but that's why I try to not let her get caught off guard by one.
Togekiss
Modest @ Choice Scarf
252 SpA/4 Def/252 Spe
Air Slash
Aura Sphere
Tri-Attack
Flamethrower
Ah yes, good ol' ScarfKiss. She quickly takes out any fighting pokemon or frail grass/bug type dumb enough to stay in when she switches in. Air Slash being her obvious STAB, and with that nifty 60% flinch rate, she can be quite frustrating xD. Aura Sphere is for Steels/T-tar, Tri-Attack is for a secondary STAB (which does 2HKO common Electric types such as Jolteon) and Flamethrower is for pokemon like Scizor. Even though Air Slash does already hit it hard, it won't OHKO, which is why I need flamethrower so it can't 2HKO me with Bullet Punch.
Machamp
Adamant @ Leftovers
252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spe
DynamicPunch
Ice Punch
Thunderpunch
Bullet Punch
Gotta love Machamp xD. Max attack for obvious reasons, and max HP hits an olrp so that works for me. DynamicPunch the scrub out of everything not named Rotom, and other Ghosts. I'm thinking about putting Stone Edge and Payback over Ice/Thunderpunch for what I believe may be better coverage, but I need some advice on this. An Ice/Thunderpunch followed by a Bullet Punch will take out Gengar, but that's really about it. If my opponent sends out something like Azelf, it just falls short. Rotom also scrub him over pretty hard, so that's another reason I'm thinking about Payback. Stone Edge could just take the role of Ice/Thunderpunch to take on Gyarados and Salamence.
Lucario
Jolly @ Life Orb
252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Swords Dance
Close Combat
Ice Punch
Extreme Speed
Lucario is my late game sweeper, and he fills this role quite nicely. I run Jolly over Adamant for the chance to tie or just outspeed other Lucario. I have Ice Punch over Crunch so I can OHKO neutral Salamence, Zapdos and Gliscor. Extreme Speed anything faster that may end my sweep such as Infernape. That's really all I can say about this guy. After a Swords Dance, there isn't much that can stop his rampage.
Magnezone
Timid @ Choice Specs
4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
Thunderbolt
HP Grass
Flash Cannon
Signal Beam
My last pokemon, and bulky special sweeper that hits VERY hard. EVs are just to outspeed Adamant Breloom and others around that mark. I didn't really see a point investing the extra EVs into HP so I just maxed speed. Thunderbolt will OHKO most Scizor, so there is no need for HP Fire. HP Ice is redundant since Thunderbolt hits everything barring Flygon almost as hard. HP Grass allows me to OHKO Swampert. Signal Beam will easily take out Celebi in one hit, and Flash Cannon hits everything else pretty hard. If I can nail Tyranitar on the switch with Flash Cannon, I can quickly take it out in one more hit.]
So yeah, there's my team. Thank you for reading about it, and please don't hesitate to rip it apart.
