Aqua comes out of Pokeball taking damage from the floating rocks but otherwise feeling great as she prepares to launch some a beam of frozen water at her opponent.

Aqua held well against Maelstrom's assault, with its bulk. Maelstrom still got in a solid hit before going down, however, as well as throwing a toxic cloud Aqua's way, polluting her waters.
Mantyke seems like its a lot lower than it should be and I'm not sure where that extra damage came from. Also, Mantyke takes Super Effective damage from Stealth Rock so it should be starting at 68, I think.
Regardless of what the actual damage rolls were, my commands stay the same.

Aqua takes 2 damage from Toxic. Togepi takes 2 damage from burn.
The poison slowly takes its toll on Aqua as Togepi throws her lucky rock at Aqua. Aqua, however, is able to handle this rock much better than Sol. The blinding light that came out of Aqua's antennae was matched with a light of Togepi's own, but while Aqua was blinking, Togepi runs over to her lucky rock to pick it back up, only to trip over it and get stuck on its head. Aqua not-so-kindly blasts Togepi standing.
After building up speed by circling Togepi, she creates some illuminating patterns off of her back that further confuse the tiny Pokemon. Taking this oppurtunity Aqua releases a burst of steamy water that further adds more injuries to the little Togepi. It's now preparing an assault with full water waves and geysers of water to sweep away the Togepi.
"You'll evolve into a Togekiss soon, I heard they have extremely good luck. But for now we're gonna take this second chance to come back from our previous set back."
Alright Togepi, time to play this smart. We can't win a direct damage race, but we can dodge most of this damage and start to set up for the win further down the road.

Togepi seems to be trying to buy time, hiding behind Substitutes and sleeps. Will it get her anywhere?
Aqua is desperately keeping up the chase before poison and now sleep consumes her.

Aqua's eyes start to flicker from the contagious yawn of the smaller Pokemon simply put a spell on her.
"And they are extremely weak right now, you just need to stay awake for a little bit longer then you can also get some rest.
Using the last of her energy she charges an Ice Beam and even doubles up on it's power. She knows that this with the burn will be able to secure the win. If she has enough time to set it up.
Aqua lets off a ferocious beam of ice at Togepi, giving her a little bit of Frostbite. The effort Aqua put into it tires her out, and she can't resist the urge to nap any longer.
Togepi is trying her best, but she's accomplishing less herself than the poison she set.
The battle is surprisingly close! Will it last another round? Togepi's gotten surprisingly far, but it seems she's run out of time to stall!
Its amazing how one Scald burn has kept Mantyke in the running. GG this was really close.

Branches gets 5 MC +1 MC from EXP Share + 1 KOC, and is eligible for evolution, I think.
Sol gets 5 MC, and is eligible for evolution. It's after one battle, right? If not, ignore when I say anything's eligible.

cbrevan gets 4 CC
Luke gets 5 MC + 1 MC from EXP Share, can maybe evolve
Maelstrom gets 5 MC + 1 MC from EXP Share + 2 KOC and can presumably evolve
Togepi gets 5 MC + 1 MC from EXP Share
Florina Liastacia gets I think 18 UC+3 Bonus UC for a total of 21? That looks way too high, but I think the math works? If I'm this bad at math maybe I shouldn't ref again.
