Despite being a part of the PU tier, Tangela finds itself succeeding in the RU tier. With the ability Regenerator, Tangela acts as a great pivot against Pokemon such as Zygarde-10% and Feraligatr, being able to come back in throughout the match to consistently check these Pokemon. Knock Off works very well on Tangela, as it cripples checks by removing Leftovers and Choice items. Leech Seed can work hand in hand with Regenerator to keep Tangela healthy for a longer period of time, chipping away at the checks coming in. Despite being such a good pivot to physical Pokemon, Tangela finds itself very weak specially and is benefited by benefits from having a special wall such as Milotic, Goodra, or Florges to aid it. Get tangled up with this Pokemon in RU!
