Tangela's good Defense and reliable typing combined with Eviolite allow it to be a good defensive wall in RU, letting it wall physical threats like Zygarde-10%, Golurk, and Zarude. Knock Off removes items such as Leftovers from Registeel to limit its recovery and Heavy-Duty Boots from Talonflame to make it no longer a switch-in to Tangela. Sludge Bomb is necessary because it threatens one of the best pivots in RU, Zarude. Synthesis can be very helpful against physical setup sweepers like Barbaracle and Bewear. Leech Seed is an alternative that works with Knock Off to let Tangela more easily pressure Steel-types like Metagross. Thanks to the roles compression Tangela provides as a wall, it can fit on both balance and stall teams. Tangela loves to have teammates that can handle Fire-types very well, such as Milotic and Seismitoad. Due to Tangela's poor Special Defense, it needs special walls like Porygon2 to counter strong special attackers. Since Tangela relies on Eviolite for bulk, Pokemon that can comfortably switch into Knock Off, such as Galarian Slowbro and Cobalion, are great partners.

Paragraph 1
Tangela's reliable defensive stats and valuable typing allow it to be one of the best defensive wall in the RU Tier. tangela is a c+ mon. don't overhype it, might give new players the wrong idea abt it. With Tangela having Eviolite as an item and the ability Regenerator allow it to become a nuisance throughout the match. Since Eviolite maximizes Tangela's bulk it grants Tangela the power to wall physical threats like Zygarde 10%, Golurk, and Zarude. combine these two sentences. could go like "with evio and regenerator, tangela can consistently wall threats like x x and x throughout the match". you don't need two sentences on eviolite
Knock is mainly used to wear down steels such as Steelix and Registeel, while also removing valuable items like Heavy-Duty-Boots. sentence on synth first and why you would use it over leech Leech Seed is a alternative move for Synthesis since it becomes very useful when used alongside Knock Off, since it helps pressure steel types a lot easier like Bronzong. zong isn't ranked. find another example Finally, the main reason sludge bomb is in Tangela's move is because it give Tangela the chance to threaten one of the best pivots in Ru, Zarude. move this up to reflect main set move order. Tangela, likes Pokemon that can handle Fire-Types very well such as Milotic and Seismitoad. However, since Tangela has a poor special defense it needs Special walls like Registeel to wall powerful dragons such as Regidrago and Goodra. why dragons? just say strong special attackers. dragons don't like switching into knock anyways. include special blanket checks like p2 Pokemon that can comfortably switch into Knock Off such as Slowbro-Galar, Umbreon, and Cobalion, are great options since Tangela solely relies on Eviolite so its best if you don't let it get knocked off. umbreon doesn't like getting knocked, it values its lefties a lot. find another example Finally, Tangela can fit on both stall, and balance teams.

Regenerator allows you to consistently switch into these pokemon without being forced to heal, which allows you to attack instead. Since you are able to gain health from regenerator by switching out, therefore, making you a consistent wall to these threats. Good work! 2/2 after you implement these things. Also make sure to add the credits, for both you and ziza.

This writing quality isn't quite acceptable. I'm gonna go over it on a line by line basis, with as much detail as my patience allows.

Overall, capitalization needs work. Plenty of "pokemon"s in here, and misuse of "-types". The standards cover such things thoroughly.

Tangela's good defensive stats and reliable typing allow it to be a good defensive wall in RU. With Tangela having Eviolite as an item and the ability Regenerator allow it to be a nuisance throughout the match; since Eviolite increases Tangela's bulk it grants Tangela the power to wall physical threats like Zygarde 10%, Golurk, and Zarude, however, this is a double-edged sword since if it loses its Eviolite, it no longer beats the aforementioned pokemon.

Objective mistakes aside, this is way longer than it needs to be. The opening sentence of a preview like this should give a concise, but fairly detailed, explanation of the Pokemon's role in the format. "Why should I put Tangela on my RU team?" That's the question you should aim to answer. Your entire first sentence is too vague to be helpful, and you don't give actual examples of Pokemon Tangela switches into until near the end. Something along the lines of "Eviolite Tangela uses Regenerator and its physical bulk to consistently switch into physical threats like Zygarde-10%, Golurk, and Zarude" gets all the key ideas across in much less time. You can go over its Knock Off weakness when you get to the teammate part.

Regenerator allows you to consistently switch into these pokemon without being forced to heal, which allows you to attack instead.

Tangela's other abilities aren't anywhere close to Regenerator in power, so we don't need to go over the ability choice in a preview. I don't really like this sentence anyway, but I've got bigger fish to fry here.

Knock Off is used to remove steels such as Steelix and Registeel's passive recovery, while also removing valuable items like Heavy-Duty-Boots.

Mostly fine except for the unacceptable use of 'steels.' I could nitpick, but again, bigger fish.

Tangela has Sludge Bomb in its moveset because it gives Tangela the ability to threaten one of the best pivots in RU, Zarude.

"Sludge Bomb is necessary because it threatens one of the best pivots in RU, Zarude." We can see plain as day that it's in the moveset, and all moves intrinsically give the Pokemon the ability to do something. Just say what it does and get on with it.

Synthesis can be very helpful in some situations against physical attackers that set up like Barbaracle and Swords Dance Bewear, as it allows Tangela to regenerate health back easier.

Too vague. What exactly are the play patterns that result in Synthesis Tangela having a better Barbaracle and Bewear matchup? That's what matters, not generically 'regenerating back health easier.'

Leech Seed is an alternative move for Synthesis since it becomes very useful when used alongside Knock Off since it helps pressure steel types a lot easier like Metagross.

"Leech Seed is an alternative that works with Knock Off to let Tangela more easily pressure Steel-types like Metagross." Concision is king, baby.

Thanks to the roles Tangela provides, it can fit on both balance and stall teams.

What exactly is the role? Why do bulkier teams like it? This sentence isn't long, you have room to explain.

Tangela loves to have teammates that can handle Fire-Types very well such as Milotic and Seismitoad. However, since Tangela has a poor special defense it needs Special walls like Registeel and Porygon2 to wall strong special attackers.

These sentences don't have an obvious contrasting element. Why the "however?"

Pokemon that can comfortably switch into Knock Off such as Slowbro-Galar and Cobalion, are great options since Tangela solely relies on Eviolite for its bulk.

Mostly fine. You could lead with the "Tangela relies on Eviolite" bit to get that important idea across sooner.
I understand if this is a lot, and pretty harsh. Tightening up your writing will be of great benefit to everyone involved, so I need to get these concepts across ASAP. You can talk to me on Discord if you need more help.

(Also these tips rlly helped, I'm gonna try and write better analyses now!) S/o ru discord for giving me the motivation to do these changes.
