Tapu Fini's great typing and bulk allow it to act as a check to Pokemon like Urshifu-S, Heatran, and Hydreigon, and its access to Calm Mind makes it a potent late-game sweeper too! Scald is a useful move to burn potential switch-ins like Rillaboom and Zapdos, while Draining Kiss hits the aforementioned Fighting- and Dragon-types really hard and gives Tapu Fini a form of recovery. Taunt is important to allow Tapu Fini to beat Haze Toxapex, but it can also be useful to prevent support moves from other Pokemon such as from Clefable, Spectrier, and Slowbro. 56 Speed EVs are important for getting the jump on Magnezone and Crawdaunt. Good partners for Tapu Fini include Flying-types like Zapdos, Mandibuzz, and Tornadus-T that can check Pokemon like Rillaboom, Ferrothorn, and Kartana for Tapu Fini. Heatran can also handle these Pokemon and appreciates Tapu Fini beating threats to it like Garchomp and Urshifu-S. Poison-types like Toxapex, Nidoking, and Galarian Slowking can absorb Toxic Spikes for Tapu Fini, and Pokemon such as Landorus-T and the aforementioned Nidoking can put pressure on strong Tapu Fini checks like Melmetal, Tapu Koko, Ferrothorn, and opposing Galarian Slowking.

Tapu Fini's great defensive typing it's good offensively too and bulk allow it to act as a strong check to Pokemon like Urshifu-S, Pheromosa, and Heatran, and its access to Calm Mind makes it a potent late-game sweeper too! I wouldn't call it a "strong" check to Urshifu-S or Pheromosa; the lack of reliable recovery can make it iffy long-term and both often carry Poison Jab (and even Shock Wave in Pheromosa's case). Scald is a useful move to burn potential switch-ins like Rillaboom and Zapdos, while Draining Kiss hits the aforementioned Fighting-types really hard and gives Tapu Fini a form of recovery. Taunt is important to allow Tapu Fini to beat Haze Toxapex, but it can also be useful to prevent moves from other Pokemon like Teleport from Slowbro. Shutting down recovery attempts and opposing Calm Mind users like Clefable and Spectrier is also notable. 56 Speed EVs are important for getting the jump on Magnezone and Crawdaunt. Good partners include Flying-types like Zapdos and Tornadus-T and Mandibuzz that can check Pokemon like Rillaboom, Ferrothorn, and Kartana for Tapu Fini. Heatran can also handle these Pokemon and it appreciates Tapu Fini's ability to beat Pokemon like Garchomp and Urshifu-S. Finally, Pokemon like Pheromosa, Nidoking, and Landorus-T can put pressure on strong Tapu Fini checks like Melmetal, Tapu Koko, and the aforementioned Ferrothorn. I think it's important in this section to mention how Poison-types like Toxapex and Nidoking make for excellent partners thanks to their ability to absorb Toxic Spikes for it. If you could make it fit, a mention of how Misty Terrain supports its teammates would be nice; for example, it allows Pokemon like Pheromosa, Cinderace, and Kartana to touch Moltres and Zapdos without fear, though I understand if it makes it too long.
Good job, 1/1 with this.
