Calm Mind Tapu Fini acts as a bulky stallbreaker and late-game wincon for Water teams against types such as Dragon and Steel, once checks such as Dragalge and Ferrothorn are dealt with. Calm Mind makes Tapu Fini a threatening sweeper, allowing it to take on Pokemon such as Kyurem, Galarian Moltres, and Aegislash. Draining Kiss lets Tapu Fini stay healthy, making it harder to take down, and it also targets Dragon- and Dark-types such as Kyurem and Hydreigon, which shrug off Scald. Scald deals with Steel- and Poison-types such as Corviknight and Nidoking, and it can spread burns, making Tapu Fini harder to break down. Taunt shuts down phazers such as Mantine and Toxapex, allowing Tapu Fini to use them as setup fodder. Ashbala strip the overview pls, also check spelling and grammar (looking at Stealth ock and recoverying).

Other points to edit:
-You have too many examples (limit it to 2-3)
-Pokemon, moves and types should be capitalized (eg. Zarude, Trick, and Electric-type)
-a small thing in CM sets: Seismitoad usually means Rain teams, and CM Fini...wastes rain turns so its probably not the best team mate. I can see Scarf Fini being possibly used in Rain and Rainless tho. Plus, does Rotom-W even run screens?

With a Choice Scarf, (added comma) as the item, Tapu Fini can outspeeds and threaten Pokemon removes threats like Kyurem, Dragapult,(added comma) and Bulk Up Zarude. Trick helps you against cripples defensive Pokemon such as threats like Ferrothorn, Blissey, Galarian Slowking, and Toxapex, which can switch into Tapu Fini's attacks with ease. Ice Beam is to threatens Flying-types such as Pokemon like Dragonite, Landorus-Therian, (added comma) and Non-Choice Scarf Thundurus-Therian. Knock Off is an option to removes key items like Heavy-Duty Boots (added Hyphen) from flying teams (I think you can say you can remove Lefties / AV / Black Sludge from Metal Birds / Galarian Slowking / Dragalge to wear those stuff down, Knock isn't good only for Flying teams). The EV Spread and Timid nature ensure maximum speed and special attack to complete its offensive role. (Kinda redundant especially because you put what Fini outspeeds in the first line Imo)

Choice Scarf Tapu Fini This set mostly fits on the balance teams with Slowking, and Toxapex as the main defensive core (would be nice to talk about what they actually give to Fini, eg. King helps with Poison-types and stuff, while Pex is an annoying thing for x mons that give Fini trouble). Urshifu-R plays as is a wallbreaker to that clears defensive sSteel-types Pokemon like Celesteela, Magnezone, Corviknight (the examples are odd, Celes / Corv doesn't like getting tricked by Fini, Corv can Brave Bird this, and Magnezone usually wears Scarf if in Steel teams, which outspeeds Shifu) where for Tapu Fini fails to break. Swampert also forms a solid defensive backbone with Slowking, and Toxapex, as it provides an Electric immunity. Swampert sets Stealth Rock to wear down opposing teams, while also dealing with defensive pokemon such as Aegislash (and Poison types too) by providing hazard, electric immune, and helps deal with threats like Aegislash. Golisopod is an option here, but it has the potential to deals with Grass-types threats like Rillaboom, and Choice Scarf Zarude with ample hazard support (I'm a bit confused here, what does "ample Hazard support" mean? Do you mean Goliso sets hazards or something?). (Also add Volcanion, it also deals with Steel stuff)

*So that this paragraph flows a bit better, the sequence could be Slowking->Toxapex->Swampert->Urshifu-R->Volcanion->Golisopod.

Calm Mind Tapu Fini acts as a bulky stallbreaker and late game wincon for Water teams against types such as Dragon and Steel once checks such as Ferrothorn and Dragalge are dealt with. Calm Mind allows Tapu Fini to become a threatening sweeper, allowing it to take on Pokemon such as Kyurem, Galarian Moltres, and Aegislash (SpDef Aegis makes sense here I think, as that can switch in on Choice Scarf Fini) Moltres-Galar, Dragapult(huh...but this already dies to Choice Scarf). Draining Kiss lets Tapu Fini stay healthy, making it harder to take down, and also targets Dragon-types (added Hyphen) such as Dragapult, (Dragapult example is a bit weird, Ig you can add that it threatens Dark-types too, especially those that shrug off Scald) Kyurem and also act as a recoverying option for potent late game sweep. Scald deals with Steel- and Poison-types (added Hyphens) such as Corviknight, Celesteela, and Nidoking, and Nihilego and can spread burns, making Tapu Fini harder to break down (you could say it also threatens Phys attackers that don't care about Calm Mind boosts because burn). Taunt shuts down phazers such as Mantine and Toxapex allowing Tapu Fini to use them as setup fodder. The EV spread lets Fini to live survive a Power Whip from Choice-s Scarf Zarude at full health and have a good chance to beat SubRoost Kyurem after a boost, leaving the rest while 12 sSpeed EVs allow it to outspeed Rotom-W (uninvested Rotom-W?). Leftovers provide help Tapu Fini stay healthy throughout the match, with a form of passive recovery, which is useful for helping set up setting up multiple Calm Minds.

Tapu Fini appreciates Hazard support from Swampert, Golisopod to break foe's Focus Sash (not really much on Focus Sashes, but on wearing down the opposing team for it. Also, talk about what those mons provide beyond that) for a comfortable sweep. Urshifu-R and Volcanion can deal with Steel-types and Grass-types that Fini struggles with common threat such as Ferrothorn, Amoonguss and Tapu Bulu, respectively that Fini struggles with (or you could split this into 2 sentences, one for Shifu, another for Volcanion). Seismitoad can be a good partner with Tapu Fini which provides electric immune and deals with Toxapex, Zeraora where Tapu Fini fails to break and also has the option to provide stealth rock support. (Seis means Rain though, and I don't think Rain appreciates CM fini because its a momentum sink.) Rotom-W sets up screens to support Tapu Fini. (I don't think Screens Water is a thing, though you could add Choice Scarf Rotom-W here)

Draining Kiss lets Tapu Fini stay healthy, making it harder to take down, and it also targets Dragon-types and Dark-types such as Kyurem and Hydreigon, which shrug off Scald. Scald deals with Steel- and Poison-types such as Corviknight and Nidoking, and it can spread burns, making Tapu Fini harder to break down. Taunt shuts down phazers such as Mantine and Toxapex, allowing Tapu Fini to use them as setup fodder. The bulk EVs let Tapu Fini survive a Power Whip from Choice Scarf Zarude at full health and have a good chance to beat SubRoost Kyurem after a boost, while 12 Speed EVs allow it to outspeed uninvested Rotom-W. Leftovers helps Tapu Fini stay healthy throughout the match, which is useful for setting up multiple Calm Minds.

Swampert sets Stealth Rock to wear down opposing teams, as well as dealing with defensive Pokemon Tapu Fini struggles with, such as Aegislash and Poison-types. Slowking forms the team's defensive core with Swampert and deals with Poison-types like Toxapex, Amoonguss, and Nidoking with Future Sight and Teleport. Golisopod deals with common Grass- and Psychic-type threats like Rillaboom, Zarude, Mew, and Jirachi with its powerful First Impression and Knock Off. Urshifu-R removes other defensive Pokemon like Celesteela and Corviknight,(AC) that which Tapu Fini fails to break through. Volcanion supports Tapu Fini by dealing with popular threats such as Amoonguss, Ferrothorn, and Celesteela with its powerful Fire-type moves.
