Electric
========

* Tapu Koko is the most important Pokemon on an Electric team thanks to its ability to setup Electric Terrain, boosting the power of most members of an Electric team.
* With a base 130 Speed paired with a Fairy STAB and a Grass coverage this Pokemon reliably handles many Pokemon that threaten Electric teams such as Dragon Types like Hydreigon, Dragapult and Kyurem, Dark Types such as Urshifu and Ground Types like Seismitoad, Gastrodon and Hippowdon.
* Tapu Koko also serves as a Pivot making use of STAB Terrain boosted Volt Switch, keeping Tapu Koko alive and helping its team durning the whole battle.

Name: Choice Specs (Electric)

Move 2: Dazzling Gleam
Move 3: Grass Knot
Move 4: Volt Switch
Item: Choice Specs
Ability: Electric Surge
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

* With Choice Specs Tapu Koko can function as an strong wallbreaker with STAB Thunderbolt boosted by Electric Terrain, aswell as a Sweeper that has much needed coverage moves to deal with many of the Pokemon that otherwise give trouble to Electric Teams, and finally it works as a Pivot with STAB Volt Switch and supports the team by setting up the Electric Terrain with its Ability Electric Surge.
* Dazzling Gleam is Tapu Koko's Fairy STAB that targets Dragon, Dark and Fighting Types like Garchomp, Latios, Krookodile, Zarude and Virizion, aswell as hitting for neutral damage Pokemon that dont mind its Electric Moves such as Landorus.
* Grass Knot is Tapu Koko's Grass Type coverage move that threatens Ground Type Pokemon that otherwise would give trouble to Tapu Koko like Swampert and Mamoswine.
* Maximum Special Attack is preferred to Maximize Tapu Koko's Damage out with its Choice Specs, as well as Maximum Speed with a Timid Nature to outspeed threats like Weavile and Alakazam.

* Most teammates on an Electric Team will benefit from the Electric Terrain that Tapu Koko sets up, most notably ones being Zeraora with Plasma Fists, Magnezone with Thunderbolt and Regieleki and Alolan Raichu with Rising Voltage.
* Alolan Raichu under the Electric Terrain can outspeed and KO a lot of Pokemon that threathen Tapu Koko such as Excadrill, Swift Swim users under the Rain like Kingdra and Seismitoad as well as Poison Types like Amoonguss and Nidoking
* Zeraora can easily deal with Specially Defensive Pokemon that Koko would struggle against like Blissey, Ferrothorn and Clefable.
* Magnezone with its steel typing has many resistances, including an Poison immunity that Tapu Koko very well appreciates, as well as being able to trap and KO a choiced Excadrill using Body Press.
* Tapu Koko struggles the most against Ground and Grass Types that do not mind its coverage moves like Excadrill, Nidoking and Ferrothorn and its also checked by Pokemon which can take a hit and OHKO Tapu Koko back such as Landorus and Focus Sash Garchomp. Rotom Wash and Zapdos come as the best answers for all these Pokemon thanks to their Ground immunity, Fire and Water Coverage aswell as the ability to spread status among them.
* It also has trouble dealing with Pokemon that outspeed and can KO Tapu Koko like Choice Scarf Gengar or Victini, in which cases Thundurus-I with Prankster Thunder Wave can Paralyze these Pokemon and make them much easier to deal with.

With Choice Specs Tapu Koko can function as an strong wallbreaker with STAB Thunderbolt boosted by Electric Terrain, aswell as a Sweeper that has much needed coverage moves to deal with many of the Pokemon that otherwise give trouble to Electric Teams, and finally it works as a Pivot with STAB Volt Switch and supports the team by setting up the Electric Terrain with its Ability Electric Surge
Dazzling Gleam is Tapu Koko's Fairy STAB that hits super effectively Dragon, Dark and Fighting Types like Garchomp, Latios, Krookodile and Zarude(You didn't mention any Fighting-type examples), aswell as hitting for neutral damage Pokemon that dont mind its Electric Moves such as Landorus. Grass Knot is Tapu Koko's Grass Type coverage move that allow him to hit super effectively Ground Type Pokemon that otherwise would give trouble to Tapu Koko like Hippowdon, Swampert and Mamoswine.
Max Special Attack is prefered to Maximize Tapu Koko's Damage out with its Choice Specs, aswell as Max Speed with a Timid Nature to outspeed threats like Weavile and Alazakazm.

Most teammates in an Electric Team will benefit from the Electric Terrain that Tapu Koko sets up, most notable ones being Zeraora with Plasma Fists, Magnezone with Thunderbolt and Regieleki and Alolan Raichu with Rising Voltage, Alolan Raichu also enables its Ability Surge Surfer that doubles its speed while Electric Terrain is active(The /smogdex already has this, talk about what Alolan Raichu does for Tapu Koko and what matchups it improves. You can talk about it's speed but talk about what Raichu offers). Electric as a whole benefits from its Fairy typing which allows Tapu Koko to switch into otherwise deadly Dragon, Dark and Fighting Type moves like Draco Meteor, Dark Pulse, Wicked Blow, Sucker Punch and Close Combat.(This sentence sounds like it belongs in paragraph one, and Tapu Koko can not consistently switchin into mentioned attacks too many times. You can talk about how Tapu Koko in return (to Alolan Raichu) helps with Dark-, Fighting-, and Dragon-type Pokemon because of xyz.)
Tapu Koko struggles the most against Ground and Grass Types that do not mind its coverage moves like Excadrill, Nidoking and Ferrothorn and its also checked by Pokemon which can take a hit and OHKO Tapu Koko back such as Landorus and Sash(Sash what? Can you list examples because I can't think of any off the top of my head besides leads which generalyl get volted on) or Bulk Invested Garchomp(uncommon). Rotom Wash and Zapdos come as the best answers for all theese Pokemon thanks to their Ground inmunity, Fire and Water Coverage aswell as the ability to spread status among them. (I wouldn't just bunch Rotom-W like this because you mentioned Excadrill, yet Zapdos is the best check towards that. Rotom-W gets bopped by Mold Breaker Excadrill. Talk about how Zapdos improves the Steel matchup + Rotom-W spreading status and slow pivoting in abusers in safely. Introduce them separately.

- Talk about what Zeraora and Magnezone does. Regieleki is fine but it fishes for certain types like xyz and poor teambuilding.
- Mention Thundurus-I and how it can help with paralyzing fast threats like Spectrier, xyz.

The above sentence is way too long; I advise splicing this into two separate sentences (mayhaps beginning at [...some important attacks(.) Variants with...])
Additionally, explain the cost of utilizing this set over the one provided.

Generally, when referring to types, such as Ground-types, the words must be hyphenated and the second word, "types", lowercased. It's moreso a GP standard than anything. Many of the comments made are moreso clarity and grammar based than an actual issue with content; please correct them accordingly. Ask the QC team or refer to the Spelling and Grammar Standards for more information.

That being said, this check is incomplete; there are numerous grammar issues that have to be resolved in this that it's affecting how you're trying to display information. I would advise implementing all of these suggestions and then returning to me later in completing it.

* Separate bullet for its typing and Fairy-STAB in Dazzling Gleam letting it beat Dragon- and Dark-type threats.
* Separate bullet for its coverage, add Gknot here along with its decent movepool with options to use like Taunt for Anti-lead, Roost and U-turn
* Mention its fragility and how Koko is pressured to be alive throughout the battle to provide Electric terrain support for a teammate like Alolan Raichu to clean.

* An alternative Item choice for Tapu Koko is Heavy Duty Boots, which allow it to always come without worrying about hazard damage and this way being able to setup the Electric Terrain more reliably through the game, aswell as keeping it healthy in order to switch into some important attacks what important attacks? This is a bit vague, important attacks like Wicked Blow?, variants with this item may use U-Turn instead of Volt Switch to Pivot more safely or using Taunt to cripple stall Pokemon like Ferrothorn, Clefable and Specially Defensive Aegislash or prevent offensive ones from going for their setup moves like Volcarona, Calm Mind Latias and Aurora Veil Alolan Ninetales. Mention HDB not having the same offensive capability as Specs set, moreover its defensive backbone in Rotom-W and Zapdos can provide it with hazard removal so this fits on more offensive teams

Checks and Counters

Electric

**Ground Types**: Such as Excadrill and Nidoking who can safely switch into any of Tapu Koko's moves and threathen to KO him back.

**Faster Pokemon**: Like Choice Scarf user such as Gengar and Nihilego with Sludge Wave or Blacephalon under the Sun with Flamethrower and Landorus-T with Earthquake.

**Specially defensive pokemon**: Such as Ferrothorn, Blissey and Specially Defensive Aegislash.

**Grass Types**: Such as Rillaboom and Tapu Bulu.

Note: You need to be more descriptive when you talk about checks and counter, simply stating Pokemon won't do. For example when you talk about Sp.def Pokemon, talk how they not only can check Koko but can also weaken it with Powerwhip, Seismic Toss, and Shadow Ball or setup Spikes and Steath Rock in the case of Ferrothorn and Blissey. Same goes for Grass-types, Bulu and Rillaboom change terrain so that is a big problem for Koko as its teammates also lose that support, moreover Rillaboom has priority Grass Glide
