Hmm, I could probably breed you a Naive Charmander Y if you could find me a 5 IV Naive male parent in that egg group. If you can do that, then I could breed it up for you easily :) If you don't have that, then I could breed one up myself from scratch, but it would probably cost three 5 IV females.

Even if they aren't useful competitively at the moment they're still a blast to collect, especially if they're in matching balls. My current project is to get 5 IV versions of all 1st stage Kanto Pokemon in matching balls, your Drowzee will be an awesome addition!
I couldn't agree more, lol. I'm tempted to believe that past favorites will at least be buffed in the future, like Espeon and Azumarill were in the last 2 generations. Some of these guys really got left behind (poor Girafarig), and that makes me sad.
Feel free to keep that Aerodactyl, I have tons of them. Can you write out specifically what you'd like for the Charmander? I don't want to make any assumptions and have it turn out different from how you want it.
Ideally, a Charmander that has the spread 31/31/31/31/x/31 primarily predicated using special moves (such that EQ can be used with impunity on the evil known as Heatran and the like). It would probably work best if you breed the Bagon with the special Charizard setup, but the ratio would be slightly worse than average ratios for 5IV. You can keep the Bagon, too if you want
